This was my first time here. After reading all of the positive reviews, I thought I would give it a chance. I brought my 2019 Range Rover Sport here for an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. The price was reasonable, compared to the dealership. The service advisor Beroni, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Overall, a great first visit and I look forward to coming back for any future needs/services.

I have a 2013 Mini Cooper and they diagnosed and repaired an engine issue that 2 other shops could not figure out. It runs like a champ now and I finally have a mechanic that is knowledgeable in the nuances of my older Mini. Best European mechanics in Temecula- maybe even the universe.

I recently took my car to European Autowerks for a simple oil change, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service and care I received. It's rare to find a shop that performs even the most routine maintenance with such pride and attention to detail.
What truly set them apart were all the little extras. The communication was fantastic, with convenient updates via text and email. They performed a thorough multipoint inspection, which gave me great peace of mind. To top it all off, I was handed a goodie bag with some fun extras upon pickup – a completely unexpected and delightful touch!
It's clear they use high-quality products, and the work was done at a very fair price, backed by the knowledge of a master technician. It’s this combination of quality, transparency, and going the extra mile that has earned my trust. European Autowerks has definitely gained a loyal customer; I'll be bringing my car back for any future services without a second thought.

With the problem I had with my car, these gentleman did their best to find the problem and repair it with warranty and when there was a more complex issue with my car, they let me know and did the best to repair my fan for my AC and Heat which had died months ago and I’m enjoying being able to use it again. So, Thank you so much for your maintenance service on my POS vehicle.

I had originally given this place a stellar review. However, after less than a month the AC stopped working. I took it back and it sounded like they had no clue as to what had happened. Claiming there may be a “possible leak somewhere”. Now, they originally billed me for some sort of dye and took it back and was told everything was in perfect condition as far as the AC. I am now out $700 + and the AC isn’t working at all. They gave me the car back basically the same way I originally brought it in. No accountability whatsoever. Extremely disappointed! This place is shady.

Brought my car in for an oil change and to check the oil light—within a few hours, I got a clear, detailed assessment with priorities listed. They explained everything patiently and never pressured me, which made them feel honest and trustworthy. When I picked up my car, it was washed and had a sweet little gift bag inside. Great service, great people—I’ll definitely be back! However, one little issue I had not a big issue but I recommend that when picking your car up that you send the text message out earlier than 30 minutes before you close because I got the message that my car was ready at 4:37 and I live 25 minutes away so when I got there the guy very nice he’s like I was just about to leave so Thinking that maybe sending that text message a little earlier would be helpful for folks who live further out and I didn’t know you closed at five so I had I known you closed at five. I probably would’ve just started heading that way but overall I absolutely love this shop. I think they’re honest And will answer any questions you have.

What an awesome place to have your vehicle serviced and maintained! Extremely professional, friendly, and caring team! If any unplanned delay or change, we are made aware of the situation and how they were dealing with it. We are called when our car is ready to be picked up clean and ready to go. And...they always say "thank you for your business." Have been a very happy customer since 2021. Highly recommend this business for your import or high-performance vehicle.
