AWFUL experience at this Lab. Had to wait almost an hour past my appt time to get called back, even though NO ONE had been called back for more than 30 MINUTES. No scheduling showing on TV screen. Uncaring phlebotomist refused my request and caused pain throughout 6-7 vials and later bruising. Quest needs to do psychiatric testing on potential hires.

So thankful for the staff I met today. I walked in with no appointment and was able to be seen for a blood test. The sweet receptionist helped me so much paying out of pocket. Made it very affordable and Krissy the phlebotomist (I hope I remembered your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. She helped me get through it super easily. Best customer service ever.

WORST lab experience in my life! Do no use Quest if you can avoid it. They require online scheduled appointments (example 7/6/2023 1:10 pm) then have closure notices posted on the door "Hours 8:00 - 1:00 M-F" with NO notification of any kind sent to appointment holders. I showed up along with two other people in the same situation (scheduled appointments after 1:00) and we were all told to go to another lab nearby. The Quest lab on Jefferson in Temecula treated ALL 3 of us as walk-ins with NO further appointments available today. The next available Quest appointment caused me to need to reschedule my doctors visit to the next available PCP appointment 3 months later! If your health issues are more immediate that 3 months out, DO NOT USE QUEST LABS!

A hour later was finally seen with no appointment. The girl with Simi long black oily hair is extremely rude. I felt so bad for the guy she went off on for asking for him just asking "how long it be if he waited with no appt?". It was just a question and she had no right to flip out. Find another job if you're not happy. The blonde lady was very nice and helpful who did alot covering the girl with black hair.

I am scared of laboratories but this place was not scary at all. The ladies here are the best! Very welcoming and helpful. I brought my baby (18mos) for her first blood draw and she didn't cry at all. they draw 4-5 small bottles I was the one crying. I can't thank the ladies enough for being so giggly and fun. It was a pleasant experience for us. We went walk in and was in and out for only 20-30mins. Arrived at 10am not too busy time. The lady took us even though it was her break. So sweet and kind.

Keith did an incredibly painless job of drawing my blood, and even with my phobia of needles, he made me feel comfortable and safe. Will always return here if I, or anyone else in the family needs work done. It was very clean and everyone was so sweet.
