I was there last Sat. 6/1/24 for my pre-scheduled lab. test. Waited past my appointment time because there was no one in the front desk. I later informed their computer is down and could not accept me because my doctor sent lab. orders online. Very frustrating because one has to fast and then go there. There is no calls to cancel your appt. so you don't waste time going there and fasting for nothing. Staff said there is no IT support on Saturdays. This is a large company and has no IT on weekends?

The blood draw was quick and painless. That is not my usual experience elsewhere so I was very pleased. Staff is efficient and professional while being friendly. I felt at ease. I normally pass out. Not this time.

Horrible staff. One of their members checked me in at 3:00, I waited 30 minutes and then once called back was told they weren’t doing my appointment type that day. Multiple other people kept trying to get the staffs assistance for check in and question and the group of gossip queen nurses cared more about chatting about there Friday night plans than doing their job. I helped an elderly man check in as I was leaving because they continued to ignore him.
