We took our 4 year old to get blood work. He was very nervous and we let the phlebotomist know this ahead of time. They were unable to draw the blood. They were so rude about it. They made no attempt at helping ease our child’s fear. We’ve never experienced such bad personalities. No empathy for our scared child. I will never bring my poor child to this facility. They should train their staff on how to treat children. It seems like it would be common sense but I guess not.

This place is aweful. Made an appointment and Checked in at the kiosk. Said I could opt to wait outside and get a text message notification for my appointment. Waited 50 minutes and didn’t receive any text.
Came back and my name was removed off the tv wait list scroll.
Asked why my name wasn’t on the scrolling list and no one got back to me.
Likely never coming back to this quest again.

I just want you to know how amazing Gloria was! She was thoughtful and very gentle with her insertion. She listened to me and made sure I was ok before leaving ! Thank you sweet girl
Ps quest bring back the Coban this paper tape doesn’t cut it :/

My technician was excellent. I have difficult veins and she was able to extract blood without any pain on my end. Also no bruising as a bonus. Very friendly, efficient also.

⚠️ Ask for Tahtiana ⚠️ I don’t like blood work but she will be my go to phlebotomist with her magic hands!
I felt the poke, but everything else was a breeze. I always look away and know/feel when they are changing viles— but after a minute or two I looked because I thought she was still trying to find my vein…. she was already on the last 5th-6th vile and I was shocked! I kept praising her and I meant every word ?? Give her a raise.

10:50 appointment and got in at 12:10 not happy. Couldn't find the place first off. Hidden in a building. Maybe you can say that on the website. Very frustrating. Waiting room was FULL

Quest opens at 7am. The employee arrived at 7am and used that time to open the organization. They allow the first appointment to be scheduled at 7am per the website. 20 min later and the first appointment is called back. No explanation or updates from the employee. This place is the poster child for inefficiency.

I like how efficient the check in system is. As long as a person has an appointment, the wait is minimal. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I wish had choice using other facilities. Had to wait over an hour even having appointment.under staff and unqualified people that have very little knowledge of what they are doing

Worst place ever for patient care. No human interaction or assistance for elderly patients who are not computer savvy. Took my 93 year old mother-in-law. Checked in 10 mins. early for 11:45 appt and after waiting 20 minutes I asked how much longer was the wait. I was informed they were running 30 minutes late! Told them mother-in-law is a diabetic who has been fasting and needed to get her some food. They didn’t care or phase them in the least. They responded there is nothing they can do and just sit & wait.
Will never this place again!!
