This was my second visit & I was equally pleased both times. The place is clean & atmosphere relaxing. The quality of work is better than Ive gotten at other places in Temecula & better prices. This will be my new spot for sure. Both trips i got a mani & pedi, i entered my phone & was pleasantly surprised to get a birthday discount! Highly recommend Nail Palace!

They all are amazing! My mom has dementia and so it can be a little difficult at times but they are patient and understanding not to mention they do a beautiful job with her mani pedi💕. Won’t go anywhere else! They are not 5 stars ⭐️ they are 10 plus stars 🌟.

I came into this nail salon and everything seemed fine at first. However, things took a turn when I politely asked the nail technician to fix a couple of nails where the pattern was noticeably lighter on one hand compared to the other. instead of calmly addressing my concern, he lashed out at me in an aggressive tone, yelling, “Yes, I see!”
The experience made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I quickly paid in cash and left without even asking for his name or a receipt. I just wanted to get out of there.
I’ve never been treated this way at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
