Sunny, tiff and Lilly are awesome! I’m sure others are too but I’ve had all three of them and haven’t been disappointed on nails or toes. :)

Amazing pedicures all around, Jenny and Nikki have never done me dirty. I LOVE THEM. Unfortunately, I didnt have the pleasure of being under their care and was left with bulky nails that looked like a crude version of what I wanted (I showed an inspo image before the nail session and multiple times during as reference for the nail tech) and was very disappointed with how they turned out. I kept repeating what I wanted and honestly should have just asked for someone else. Still a good establishment, just make sure you ask for Nikki or Jenny!!!

Stylist: It was my first time here and my nails were done by Tiff Rose. She did such a wonderful job. She was very careful and made sure she didn’t hurt me. I am very happy with her work and service. I got my pedicure done by Chau and she also did an amazing job. They are both such sweet people!

Basing my review off of customer service, made an appointment at 11 for two services. When I arrived all the technicians were busy. When I told the person at the desk I had an appointment she seemed surprised. I waited 30 mins before I decided to leave and not get anything done. I hate having my time wasted. If they had told me when I arrived it would be a 30 minute plus wait I could have made the decision to wait or not. About 15 minutes in a lady came over and said I would be right with you, which wasn’t true. I was then told they are waiting to have someone drive in from home to help me. Mind you someone else who had an appointment at the same time as me was taken and helped much more quickly and I had arrived first. Not sure what was going on during a Wednesday at 11, but clearly they didn’t have resources for a schedule appointment.

Terrible customer service. I went in on my lunch break for a walk in and only had an hour before I needed to be back, so I requested a pedicure but if that wasn't possible just a polish change. Waited 15-20 minutes and by the time I got brought back I said ok let's just do a polish change because I can't be late back to work and she told me "we don't do that, you have to get a basic pedicure" after wasting all my time waiting there. I walked right out and went to my regular nail salon and got it done.

First time here and love the service! They really take their time to make your nails pretty ?.
They also do pedicure Asian style if you like. Meaning they do take out your ingrown ?.

Had my nails done for the 2nd time, I just wanted a gel fill as usual and when I paid it was $49! I was told I got acrylic fill, that's not what I told her I wanted! And they are filed all wrong, total scam! they look terrible! so my quest to find a great nail salon in this inland city continues!

I went to a random nail salon in Los Angeles and they cut my cuticles so badly that all my fingers were bleeding and the nail polish was looking crazy. I decided to go to red persimmon nail & spa and Jennie did such an amazing job at fixing my nail polish and being very gentle with my fingers that were in bad shape as a result of the harsh cuticle cutting session I endured. I will be coming here again because the atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff were all kind/ friendly, and the service was great overall.

I highly recommend Jasmine! She's super considerate about how her clients want to be satisfied. She truly takes her time and I appreciate that a lot.

I have been going to Red Persimmon since 2010. I have never had a bad experience. Sunny has been doing my nails for at least 6 years and always amazed to please. She does fabulous work! - Madeline Sanders

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. The DAY I got them done 2 nails popped off. Then when I went to get them fixed they said they "don't have time and to come back later" I asked for long Stiletto gel x and they kept trying to give me almond or square. The application HURT. Sunny was so rough with my nails I was in so much pain. I've never had this kind of experience anywhere else but they were recommended to me by a friend who goes to jasmine and apparently she's the only acceptable tech there. On top of the other issues, Sunny used nail caps that were way to big for my nail beds. Please don't go here for anyone but jasmine Update: Lilly was kind enough to redo my nails and they're actually done properly. Lesson learned. If you're going to go here request Lilly or jasmine

JJ does amazing nails . So happy to find her . I've searched so many salons in Temecula , a lot which are over priced and have messed up my nails . The spa overall is very clean.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for our first mommy daughter mani and pedi experience. We were really excited and walked in thinking it was really pretty. However they took forever to get started on my daughter, and we're not gentle with her to the point that she started crying and wouldn't let them do her fingers because they hurt her. She even was forced to stay in the chair for 20 minutes while she cried saying she needed to use the little girls room and they rudely said to her "okay okay calm down" to the point her bathroom break became an almost accident. Treated her very poorly and I was very disturbed by that. On mine, as can be seen in the photos, the quality is unacceptable. Pulled away from the cuticle after 1.5 days, chunks and blobs in the polish on every nail. Brush stroke marks everywhere. Not to mention they charged me 2x what was listed on their service menu, and even charged me for my daughter's manicure that she did not receive. By the time we were able to leave, I just wanted to take care of my daughter and not fight the charges but this place made an experience that was supposed to be fun and special for us into a SEVERALLY over priced, unpleasant experience that will likely result in my daughter not wanting to do that again. I would love to receive a refund but doubt that they'd do the right thing here. Definitely don't recommend this place, ever.

I got a gel manicure. I asked to strengthen versus grind down the nail because my nails feel so weak when I go to my other place. She did just what I asked and it didn't take any longer! In fact, it was quicker than my manis normally take which I greatly appreciated. My nails feel so much stronger. My tech was Sophanna and she was friendly but efficient. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
