Friendly people and I dont know what all the complaining was about, showed up here expecting the worst docking scenario but was pleasantly surprised to learn that the docking was as easy as you could want and I was in a conventional with a 53' trailer. Maybe it's not for drivers with little experience.

Have always had good experiences with Reliant. Drivers helpful and willing to meet nearly anywhere along their route for drop-shipments. Sometimes office makes things more complicated than necessary, but always willing to work thru issues.
