We purchased multiple used pieces from ANDBio: AKTA FPLC, Invitrogen cell counter, Thermo Q-Max shaker, stirrer plates, etc... Except the pipette holders, almost everything else failed, or not working after a few months. Shaker's belt broken, cell counter is not working all the time, it freezes the buttons not working, the stirrer stopped working, FPLC had multiple broken pieces, by the time we figured out what was wrong with it, it was 6 months past!Do NOT RECOMMEND this place...I trusted Google reviews, and it is on me to pass this message to others not to try their chances here on a hit or miss situation! Leaving honest reviews should become a norm to help organizations improve their service and costumers decide where to go.We contacted the costumer service multiple times, but after getting paid, they were slow in response and inefficient.
