To the JERK dark haired female working the pharmacy. Your a total JERK! RUDE AF! It was more important for you to carry on your personal conversation with the male working with you behind the counter than to help a customer!!!HOW ABOUT DOING YOUR F??KING JOB! Richard the manager closed the store at 9pm on Friday, July 14th despite the fact that the store was supposed to remain open until 10pm. Multiple people tried to come to the store to purchase medication and they were turned away, per HIS direction. My grandma is an employee working at this location. He forced her to stay until 10:35pm despite the fact that she was experiencing a potential medical emergency (diabetes, alarmingly high blood pressure, popped blood vessels in her eye, dizzy). If you or a loved one has diabetes, you know how scary and potentially serious these symptoms can be. I was initially let into the store by my grandma because I stopped by to say hi and give her a beverage. I was the only person in that store besides my grandma and Richard. I was unaware of her condition prior to arriving. I became upset because she told me he wouldn't let her leave early to go to Urgent Care. I demanded to speak with him and told him that she shouldn't be working on her feet and that I wanted to take her to seek medical attention. She was scared of getting in trouble and didn't want to leave for fear of getting fired. He dismissed my concerns entirely. I told him that if anything happened to her while she was there it would be on him. He didn't express an ounce of concern. FURTHERMORE, I was later informed by her that he DIDN'T GIVE HER A SINGLE TEN MINUTE BREAK THROUGHOUT HER 8 HOUR SHIFT. This isn't only illegal, it's DANGEROUS. My grandma needs to eat every two hours to manage her diabetes, otherwise she could become ill. HE IS FULLY AWARE OF HER DIAGNOSES. THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE IN THE STORE. He is negligent and cruel. And if that wasn't enough? Apparently this store has a policy that doesn't allow employees to open the store if they were scheduled to close the night prior. This SOB scheduled her to come in at 7am after having her stay with him until 10:35pm- and again, that's AFTER he closed the store a whole hour earlier than he was supposed to.I will be following through with some serious legal action and we will be in touch with her union representatives. If Richard's behavior reflects the values of this store/business, then I am absolutely appalled and sickened. There will be accountability. This is NOT okay. My grandma, a Rite Aid employee of 18 years, was treated with such callous disregard! This is criminally negligent!

Worst experience with rite aid Ice cream ever. My friends and I decided to come here to get a sweet treat for my friends birthday. My two friends got their ice cream first, the lady who served them was kind and patient as they decided what flavors to get. She served them the normal amount of ice cream you should get for one scoop. I ordered last and another lady took my order. She rudely asked me to repeat my order after I said it loud and clear and then gave me a weird look after as if I was the one being rude. Girl pls the ice cream I asked for was apparently all gone afyer I had payed so she made me choose another, no biggie so I gave her my second choice they were also out of that one too. Ok no big deal I get it we're probably in some stupid ice cream shortage or whatever tf so I order another flavor. She gave me the tiniest amount and I didn't realize until leaving the store cause I was just eager to leave and enjoy the rest of the night celebrating my friends bday. I would've went back in and been like yo you jipped my on my butter pecan but I didn't wanna cause a scene on my besties bday. Anyways she was a rude affff wish I knew her name. I'm including a pic of me and my friends Ice cream (mine on right with like nothing in it my bday friends on the left) OVERALL I'm just glad my friend got a normal amount of ice cream on her freaking bday. I was at the Temecula Parkway store yesterday and the entrance was absolutely horrible. Need to clean glass doors and concrete. It was disgusting! Trash everywhere! Needs pressure washing! Gum and filth on the concrete!!I'll never go there again!

Super rude experience! I went to pick up my son's prescription today. The women helping me said my son's prescription was not filled yet. I tried talking to her and she kept cutting me off saying the pharmacist was going to lunch and I would have to come back later this afternoon! She didn't even know what I was going to say! There are pharmacies on every street corner in Temecula! I do not need your service if you are going to be rude to me! Walmart's pharmacy took care of the situation for me! Thank you WalmartRx for your outstanding service!

I was excited to go to Rite Aid Tonight because my daughter tells me that Halloween is 50% off. We get there get an ice cream and browse around. As we were browsing we noticed a man following us (he looked like security it was obvious). No big deal let's just keep looking......we go to the cosmetics section and we hear over the store intercom (security to cosmetics) and the same security guy is really obvious now and following our every move........it's now blatantly obvious they thought we were stealing from the store???????I and my daughter are GOD FEARING women who are home owners here in Temecula and have lived here for over 20 years!!! I felt disrespected and angry with frustration because of all the shopping I have done over the years here at this store to be treated like this.........We were nicely dressed and treated like this for one reason only......The color of our skin.....which happens to be a beautiful BROWN.Shame on you Mr Security you are ridiculous and should be reprimanded for your blatant racial profiling.........Rite Aid has lost a 20yr Loyal customer

This review is for the manager CASEY only. I went to get my medication refill as I do every month at this pharmacy drive through. It's pretty rare for me to not have an issue with the pharmacy workers honestly at this location. I agree with the previous reviews posted about service from the pharmacy. They could greatly improve.... However, as I was having a hard time with the pharmacy people who had lost patience with me I asked to speak to a manager...which is the best thing I could have done. Casey is not the pharmacy manager...he's one of the store managers. I came inside the store very upset and his demeanor was just outstanding. Spot on. I couldn't have asked for a better manager and person to talk to. He didn't cut me off. He listened attentively to my concerns. He agreed with me and my complaints and he was just so kind and understanding to me. He made a plan of what to do and who to speak with to help keep these mistakes from happening. We may be customers to the pharmacy but we are ultimately all patients. We have already been seen by our doctors for a problem or issue, we come to get our medications because we are in pain or because it's a necessary part of our lives. When my prescription was ready he checked me out himself at the front register so I could avoid any further interaction with the pharmacy workers. Thank you Casey! I hope you get the acknowledgment from Your superiors that you deserve. Management fits you well. You are an asset to the Rite Aid company and if we had more kind and understanding managers like yourself the world would be a better place. Ive never felt so appreciated and heard. Casey took a terrible experience and made it a great one. Thank you very much, Casey!

I’m very upset that this Rite Aid knew they had an employee that contracted COVID-19 and never told anyone! At least inform the customers so they can get a test, in addition to informing their families they came in contact with the virus. It’s completely irresponsible of this management to act like this is just a common cold. I will contact the Corporate office of this management’s poor judgement during this pandemic. Very Concerned Customer

I was having the worst time transferring my medication from one location to a next! Thankfully Karen at the Temecula store off the 79 what's my most helpful customer service representative I was so frustrated and she helped me through it like a champ she knows her stuff and she has great customer service thank you Karen!!
