DO BETTER LANCE!!! Came to donate and somehow ended up getting yelled at by the “manager” Lance. Who thinks it’s ok to yell at another human being to “get a job”. He would not accept our donation of clothes because we needed the basket back. This is because in his words it will get damaged due to him throwing it into the back of a truck. We decided to leave with our items. We drove two buildings away and noticed some transient men outside and asked if they wanted the clothes. That is when “manager” Lance decided to walk that distance and tell us how we can’t do that. He then proceeds to take pictures of my car. The transient gentleman asked Lance why he was upset that we were giving them clothes. To which Lance replied back “get a job” that is when I asked for Lances name and he decided it was best to wave me off and walk the distance back to his area. Absolutely awful behavior from a human let alone someone who is supposed to lead a business like this.

I bought a dress here for 39.99 and once I got it home I noticed that there were rips and black marks on it, and also a magnetic tag attached. I called to see if they can get it off and was informed that I will need to drive 30 mins out of my way now to get it unattached. I'm glad the money is doing good for the community, but I'm not excited about the high prices, and inconvenience. I'd be better off buying straight from retail at this point.

The employees are always kind, the store is clean and they have a great selection to choose from.I went in looking for a unique vase and had such a wonderful experience with Liah. She scanned the isles while putting new items out and found the most perfect vase for me. I look forward to seeing her again!

Terrible customer service here. I have been coming here on and off for the past year because they have good deals, but I will never come back again after tonight. My son had drove 1 foot on a scooter they had there to see if it worked, and the older man who is the manager there was yelling at my child to get off the scooter and then looks at me and goes “is that your child, get him off that scooter right now”. I was in disbelief in how rude he was to me and my children. My son was just testing the scooter to see if it was worth bringing home. It was so unprofessional and he scared my children. I will be reporting this incident. This happened on 2/17/2023 at 6pm.

Whoever the manager is that works on Fridays needs to get off her high horse. They are reselling USED WORN CLOTHES NOT NEW. They are turning into GOODWILL. I had found jeans name brand apparently I had no idea but I tried it on and it fit me. I go up to pay for it but was told I could not purchase because it had no tag. I was like seriously why not. & was told that that specific brand needed a special tag. I didn’t understand why but I told them that there is another Jean of the same brand and it doesn’t have that special tag, the teller tells me to bring it to her so I did and she notices it doesn’t have that specific tag. She then goes to ask her manager if she can sell me the jean without tag. She tells her no that I can purchase the other I had brought to her. I tell her no because it’s not my size and the style was ugly. I just found it ridiculous that they were SO uptight about selling a WORN USED DONATED JEAN. RIDICULOUS. They need to realize they are not selling new clothes although I do understand they may sell a few new clothing with tags still attached. But that specific clothing I found was a used name brand Jean. I know because it had a small hole on the side which I planed to patch myself. Very upsetting to say the least.

My least favorite thrift store but i occasionally visit. I find the price on electronics are overpriced so they can mark it down when they have a “sale”. I mainly see people shopping for clothes.

Just tried to donate 7x lovely evening dresses my daughters no longer want, as I was driving nearby.I arrive at 3.53pm go in the store and get told I must donate around the back in a box or bag.I have forever bags, but luckily had some boxes as we just moved.Make up the box, then drive around the back, up and down, finally find the door, just as I call them. Get told they they close at 4pm. It’s 4.02pm! Frustrated I say “come on!” Lance tells me David will meet me by the door and hangs up on me. Therefore I call back to ask which door? Go back around the front. What a palava! We have a ton to donate as we unpack. Guess we’ll call them so and they can use their resources to pick up or frankly we’ll donate elsewhere. The organization does good work, but not impressed with this location.

I’m so sad to say I won’t be shopping here anymore even though it’s been one of my favorite thrift stores for almost a decade. They recently changed their policy so that even if you pay upfront they WONT sell you furniture unless you have a truck!!! They wanted me to go rent a truck without paying for the furniture first and just HOPING it’s still there when I return. I told them I had to go back to work but I wanted to pay for it first and my husband would rent a truck a come back in one hour!!! And they refused. I asked for an exception and explained the situation and how it would be illogical of me to rent a truck without knowing if the couch would still be there. They continued to assert their policy that was only in effect about a week! It’s so sad how these corporations can’t see that their customer base is poor and working class and they’re alienating them! Most people don’t have trucks. Most people can’t rent trucks on a prayer and take off work just to HOPE a couch is still there. Don’t forget who you’re supposed to service! Working class, people just trying to get by. Obviously they’re too big for their britches so they’re not gonna care that I’m not shopping there anymore but this is just a warning to any other working class people. Start supporting small businesses and individuals because you’re not gonna get any empathy from these corporations.
