Manager at this branch told me false information and is outright rude about it and will just blame you not getting the right info, when they gave it to you in the first place. If you get a builder's checking they will tell you all sorts of misinformation. By the time my account is upgraded from builders to a regular account, it would have been almost 14 full months. They tell you 12, but then there is another month after that, so it's 13until they can even start qaulifying your account, so it ends up being over 13 months possibly 14 months. Extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate. Had I have known this much headache was involved with this bank, I would have just gone to another. Thier ATM outside sometimes doesn't work and just eats people's cards, been like that for months, they don't seam to care enough to want to fix it either.

I've been a Sdccu member for over twenty years and never had a negative experience until two weeks ago. I decided to use their atm machine to deposit my check. The atm ate my check and I called customer service and a few days later they deposited the check. Well, almost two weeks later they took the check back and now I have a negative balance. I called customer service and they said the funds would be available the following day, didn't happen. Please do your self a favor a go during their business hours to prevent this headache from happening to you.

My account was hacked and they never did anything about it. Their security and fraud department is horrible. The manager is never a help. The app is always having problems. This bank is a dinosaur in the industry and has yet to evolve.

Saw a flyer at my job about banking there and it’s around the corner from me. When I went in the teller informed me in a rude way that they do a credit check for new accounts, I asked if it was a soft inquiry and she said no “we do a hard inquiry “ so I left. Why would they be doing hard inquiries for a checking account? Those stay on your credit report. No thank you, I went somewhere else and had a better experience.

Been using this branch for over 12 years and never had any problem with them..all the tellers are nice and the manager is very helpful when I need some help

Worst experience with bank teller Kelley .I stopped by today to get some bills exchanged and had a rude encounter with Kelley. She gave me such a grief about exchanging bills when I had no issues with the other 2 tellers days ago. She works at a bank. It is her job to count out cash. She did a horrible job at counting out the cash as well. After the cash count, I asked for a few rubber bands which she throws my way.ALSO-Before I can even put all my cash away- she kicks me out of her teller window and eagerly let's me know she's putting her closed window sign up. I think she can have a little more patience for customers. I think she can work on improving her customer service as well.

DO NOT USE THE ATMS, THEY TAKE YOUR CARD AND THE ATM SHUTS OFF AND WONT GIVE THE CARD BACK. AND THE BANK LITERALLY SAID “oh yea that happens all the time”, and refused to help retrieve my card from the machine, instead they threatened to call the cops! The least they can do is fix the machine or put up a sign. Bad atms, bad customer service and a bad experience. Even the person next to me said that happens often.

Security guard told me to mask up to enter. I complied and also pulled a 100k from my account. They will no longer make 5% off my money for following an illegal mandate Went in today and the mask police worker told me to mask up. I pulled another 10k and also paid off a car for 30k, these woke banks don't get it ! I'll be in next week to take another 20k and if they require a mask I'll be closing my account and going elsewhere

If you are in a situation where you have to call them you will NEVER get through. There are a few things that you can't do online. I was in that situation and waited hours only to have the system drop my call, twice! Then forget about the call back option as well. It took days to finally get through.
