Great place to go since probably 1950. I get Bordeau’s for my mom every year for Christmas and the Customer Service is always top notch.

My wife and daughter love See's chocolate and I have been supporting their addiction for the the last 30 years. Their quality is still excellent, but the prices and customer service are not. I just spent $100 on 3 one pound boxes of chocolate, but the worst part was that I wasn't even offered a free sample. Thats usually the only peice of chocolate that I get. Maybe I'll try Costco chocolates next time. They still give you samples.

I’m not sure what I walked into. The staff needs to be trained to be informative and knowledgeable about the chocolate darkness, instead of simply saying, “It depends on you how dark it is.” They also sound like they expect me to pay for their service. I was excited to come here, so I waited until the store opened. This kind of service will never make me want to visit any See’s store again.

This is the 2nd time being back to See's Candie. Again, Yvonne was very helpful. It was a delightful visit. Her customer service and friendly smile I will definitely be back as much as possible. 👍🏼👍🏼

I firmly believe that a box of See’s candy and a few minutes with their wonderful salesperson Jami is enough to heal your soul. She saved the day with a beautiful birthday gift for my mom and answered all my confectionary questions. Thank you See’s!

See’s candy is amazing. I’ve been buying it for my wife for 5 years. The perfect gift.

Employees are very kind and outgoing. Only thing keeping it from getting 5 Stars is the ridiculously inflated pricing, but it is See's! Right?

Stopped in the week before christmas to get my annual huge order of chocolate at Sees. They are always a hit and I am glad they are in South Temecula, because I don't like going over to the location at the mall. I had to go twice this week because of the chaos in the store. I left the first time after about 20 mins of standing around waiting for some help (they were busy with large indvidual orders), but there were 3 people working and helped others before me, so I left. Came back 2 days later, and staff were not helpful at all (I had some questions about items), and seemed annoyed by my questions, so I just grabbed a few prepackaged boxes of chocolate rather than exploring the options. I waited in line, by the counter where you can order individual boxes...it seemed like the only line to me--- only to realize after about 10 mins there was another line for people buying prepackaged items. It wasn't clear to me that there were 2 lines but there were a lot of people in the store which is really small for a sees store. In the future, would be helpful to have the store more organized and maybe hire extra help? In the end, I didn't get what I wanted, more because I couldn't get help, but grabbed some things and ended up going to Cookie Crew to supplement gift items. Sees has gotten very pricy as well--kind of shocked me.

The manager Christina at the parkway location was very rude and did not want to help me solve my problem. I spent over $200 here and I cannot pick up my candy? Other staff were very nice. When I spoke to her she had a rude tone and gave me lots of attitude.

This location is new in the area, but it is consistent with the cleanliness and quality of chocolates. They never disappoint.

No trip to Temecula is complete without a stop to fill up.on some sweets for the gang back home. And they love it all. This week it appears lollipops are the thing. I had no idea Sees carried such a variety of lollipops. In fact, that is what my granddaughter got for her birthday. A box of lollipops. I think they have 15 or 20 different flavors. My favorite is the cinnamon. But there are a few I have yet to try. I will be back here on my next trip south for sure.
