I hate going to Sephora in the mall. It's always crowded and it's hard to find someone to help you when they're already helping someone else. I came to pick up my skin care products because I procrastinated too long and didn't order online in time like I usually do.

This store is absolutely freezing inside. It makes it uncomfortable to spend time shopping in there. I feel bad for employees having to work in this ice box.
