My wife and I have taken our pets to this grooming place for a couple years. We sometimes had good hair cuts on our 2 dogs and some bad cuts . Every time I went into this place the people that work there always looked mad or unhappy.and there was always new groomers. Big turnover .Didn’t really think anything about it. The last time I was in there . Fast forward two months. My wife calls in to make an appointment for our dogs .because it was time for another hair cut . She was told that her husband, ME . That I was a monster and that I was not welcome in their business anymore, that I scared everyone and yelled at them but It was a vague explanation to my wife. It mad my wife cry with the things that were said.They did mention that I didn’t leave a tip, that part is true !! they lied . I gave them my number early that morning told them that my wife was at work and that they needed to call me. They never called me. . 4 hours went bye., They lied and said they called me they did not , They text my wife , that’s how I found out our dogs were ready . I wasn’t mean to any of them . I just asked what time did they call . And the lady said 15 minutes ago . When in fact it was an hour and 15 minutes. I said you messaged me .she said yes about 20 minutes ago. It was my wife’s number they texted .I said I left you my number and requested you call me when I dropped off the dogs ,you wrote my number down . I think she was embarrassed that I questioned her in front of her employees and was caught lying. Alls I can say is that they are troublesome unprofessional., no class . This caused my wife to cry and question me . I am not okay about this I am reporting them to the county health department. ,the BBB, and the state and city licensing agencies. And possibly filing a complaint and lawsuit for Defamation of character . This is unacceptable. This is not how you treat people. Who ever reads this , do yourself a favor go to a different groomer. One that values your business and treats you with respect .This business has an opportunity to apologize to me and my wife before I pursue legal action against them..

This review is LONG overdue - about 17 years to be exact. Hillary has been my boy's groomer since the day I got them and we followed her wherever she went. I was so THRILLED for her when she started Shampooch because what she brings to the industry and our pets is impeccability, kindness, compassion and of course her expertise. Well fast forward to present day and one of my boys is an angel baby and the other is going on 18! To this day, Hillary takes the absolute best care of my boy with her gentility. We seriously could not ask for better.

Loveee Shampooch! My dog gets really nervous when getting his nails trimmed, and a lot of places just give up and don't do it. Shampooch is the only place he allows the groomers to trim his nails. He always smells so good and comes home with a cute bandana. Highly recommend! ??

I brought my dog here to be groomed without an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to take my dog for a bath and nail trim the same day. Tori was my groomer and she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad I found this place and I will bring my other dog to get groomed here.

Shadiest business in town. First time customer with them. No prices given. When they are done it’s $175 for a bath and cut for my 5 month old puppy!!! More than double our previous groomers. Watch out for them. There is a reason they don’t tell you how much. They charge $99 an hour!!!!!!!! And they come to your front door with an extension cord because they need to use your power!!! I get you can charge whatever you want but disclose that before.

They are scheduling people but they always call me to see if I can come in early and they will call me more than once to ask me if I can move my appointment. They have cancelled on me before and never make any late exceptions for anyone! I am coming from Moreno Valley and I told them there was a accident on the 215 and I’m going to be late they said no we need to cancel. They also were going to charge next time I come a reschedule fee. I told them I don’t control the traffic I left my home an hour before my appointment and I didn’t have the expectation of a car crash. I hung up and just won’t be going back anymore. Last time I was 2 min late and one of the lady’s called me and I told sorry I didn’t I was already parking and she said well next time call in and we like our customers to be on time! I didn’t tell her anything because she is going to be the one grooming my dog so I left it at that. Too many crabby lady’s that work here but they do good haircuts so it’s sometime not worth the attitude

I had the mobile service come to the house for my terrier mix Sadie and pug Bowser. Makala did a wonderful job and she was so friendly and loving to my pups. When done, both dogs gathered around to give her love. ?

WOW! Just WOW!! no more stress about your precious little pet or as I say my baby waiting in a cage to get groomed. The appointment is the appointment her grooming starts. So as soon as you bring in your pet, the the grooming begins. My little sweetie pie came out looking so beautiful thanks to COURTNEY!! I am definitely coming back. To have an appointment drop off and pick up in just over an hour is incredible. And in case you're wondering they do not take shortcuts. She looked fabulous. The haircut was fabulous and she smelled delicious.!!

This review is long overdue. Easy to make appointments and always greeted with friendly faces. Susan has been my go to girl for my shy gentle giant. She's been grooming her since she was 6 months and now she's 2. Fast services and always comes out looking and smelling great! Thank you for always taking care of my baby. 10/10 recommend
