Bunch of scammy liars. Wasted hours and hours of my time only to promise me one price and then jack it up. Refused to accept (brand new) equipment return, implying that if I cancel the install, I’m trapped paying for the equipment. Finally got them to accept it back as there was no install or services rendered. Highway robbery. Cassie is absolutely terrible.

Absolutely horrible!!! I waitied over 45 mins before I had to leave because there were two employees— with the manager in the back— helping people. Do better!
UPDATE: same BS weeks later when I do create an appointment. I type in my confirmed appointment number and email and it’s not recognized. There are a large number of people (23 to be exact) waiting to be served by TWO EMPLOYEES. The appointment machine doesn’t recognized anyone’s appointment. The manger, Cassie, just signs people in and tells us to wait until the next rep is available like everyone else—which defeats the purpose of making a set appointment. I’ve wasted more than enough time at this site with horrible employee-customer ratio, simply to drop off equipment. They are clearly understaffed and this Cassie manager is only checking people in and returning to her back office instead of stepping up and assisting customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This “manger” needs to be fired!!!

The worst service you could ever get. They lie about everything they say. There's no communication between managers and employees; each one of them lies to you in a different way. The employees don't understand anything and don't know what they're doing.
They promised me a phone on December 2nd, but when I came back a few days later, they said they were out of stock, as if they weren't a big phone company. The other lying employee told me I could ship my phone in two days, and five days have passed and I still haven't received it because he doesn't know anything and messed everything up.

Terrible customer service. Two reps took 45 minutes to move 1 customer, while I moved from #7 to #6 out of 11. The reps taking their sweet time going every color and accessory combination for phones with no sense of urgency or care. All I had to do was return Spectrum Internet equipment. They told another lady to go ship it back through UPS… Inconsiderate and wasteful company they and their store managers. I’ve been a customer of 4 Spectrum accounts for the last 15 years, and they have lost me.

Very clean. Lots of customers and not enough employees. I was lucky, after approx 40 minutes an employee went be asking what we needed and she promptly brought me a new remote control.

I had an amazing experience with Kiana at the Spectrum store in Temecula. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her customer service was outstanding and truly appreciated. Thank you, Kiana!

I had a great experience working with Kiana and Cassie. I needed a modem and router to work from home the next day, and they made sure I received everything I needed quickly and without any issues. Both were incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. Instead of calling the standard customer support line, I’d highly recommend visiting this location in person to ensure things are handled smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, Kiana and Cassie!

I went to this location to get a physical SIM card but they gave me a very hard time. She did not even offer to help( I had to call customer service twice to get help). She could at least had a fake smile on her face but nope. Also one of employee disrespect one of elderly customer while I was there. I’m so sad that Lake Elsinore is closed. I guess we will have to deal with those employees or drive to Menifee. Or will cancel my two mobile and internet services.

Spectrum pulled one of the shadiest moves I’ve ever experienced. A rep showed up at my door and signed me up for service without my permission. I then wasted over an hour on the phone trying to undo a mess I never asked for, only to be told I had to physically return the modem they randomly shipped me.
So I drag myself (and my baby) down to the store, where the manager decides to put on a masterclass in rudeness. She was dismissive, belittling, and flat-out ignored me while my baby literally threw up all over the floor. The only saving grace was one of her employees — an absolute sweetheart who deserves her job, because that manager is the definition of incompetent and couldn’t care less about customers.
After being a loyal Spectrum customer for over 8 years in another state, this was the final straw. Thanks to that manager’s behavior, Spectrum has lost me forever. Trash service, trash leadership, and zero accountability.

The line here is RIDICULOUS. Make an appointment, you will be in line with everyone returning their equipment.
Spectrum cant beat anyone else’s internet prices. Its a no brainer.
