When I signed up for internet I was told I’d receive a $100 VISA after three months of service. It was not advised the account has to stay on autopay. When I spoke to a RUDE representative over the phone she stated this was a common issue - where customers were misinformed and became ineligible for the VISA. They refused to make it better. Spectrum owes me $100. Due to not being able to speak with someone helpful - I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
I will not private message on FB or Twitter. I’ve chatted with Spectrum and have been on the phone hours. This company will not take responsibility for their errors.

Small business customer, was emailed an ad for a mobile line for a year free and $30/month after. Needed one, came in, waited for 30 mins no appointment. First device I wanted wasn't in stock, had to be mailed. No problem, but needed it that day so asked for the next comparably priced model in stock, again stressing my need for same day activation and device in hand. Ring it all up, but yet again, the device must be mailed solely because I'm an SMB customer. Manager couldn't override it. Asked if I had a phone to trade in so they could authorize me to leave with the new one. I'm adding a new line so obviously no, I don't. About 25 mins after we started getting helped another roadblock with no solution. Again, need it that day, so cancelled the whole thing, as it's no use to me mailed, ate about an hour of wasted time making me late to my event. Walked to my personal carrier literally across the parking lot (won't name who but it's who they advertise they share towers with) and they got me a new line and device at the same price within 20 minutes and I made it to setup only 2 hours late total. Thanks for making me late for my day for nothing, Spectrum! I should have gone across the parking lot to start and will be checking out their SMB plans next... No, I do not want to contact anyone for more details on any social media or email or website. You can ask your team for details, I'm sure they remember, as the whole thing was insanely odd and we were nothing but polite despite the frustrations. If you don't want my money just say that.

horrible wait times. 40 minutes to drop off a router. highly recommend returning via UPS to avoid the wait times and any attitude from staff

Be careful with these people. They can definitely scam you. They offer you a promotion over the phone but they give you a different one. I went yesterday to pick up my equipment for my internet service and I received a text right after saying changes were made into my account. They changed 100 speed internet from the 300 promotion they original gave me. Ridiculous. I’ve been on the phone for hours they don’t want to solve the problem. They want me to pay more for a better plan. What’s the point if they will change it again

THEY DO NOT PRORATE YOUR INTERNET WHEN CANCELING THEIR CRAPPY SERVICE! So if you cancel the day after your bill is due; you get charged 30 days worth. Essentially stealing from their former members. I would never recommend them. The customer service will let you know there is nothing you can do except for get a point marked on your credit for not paying for a service you DID NOT USE! Crappy customer service, crappy company, crappy way to burn everyday people. Plus they are sometimes the only service in small towns so they increase the prices and there’s nothing THE CUSTOMERS CAN DO. They are a monopoly and they are the prime example of a money hungry company.

So disappointed. Poor communication. Their staff is not knowledgeable about their products or how to fix problems. Their solution is call "this number". Verizon has multiple locations and I always received help. Spectrum only has one location in Temecula. I only switched because of price. Wish I had not.

I just can’t rave enough about the AMAZING vostumer service I got from Cassie and Juliet from Temecula spectrum store! Unfortunately John from costumer service cancelled my acct and activated an incoming tenant 2 weeks early without looking at leases. I’m not even sure how he was able to get my personal information and reach out to me via text from his personal number. I called spectrum costumer service and was told I needed to go to the closest store and show my lease. Thank goodness I got Cassie and Juliet the manager to help me. They took time to understand my issue and frustration and stayed with me until the issue was resolved which took over an hour in which we had to call costumer care specialist! They communicated my situation and made sure it was resolved! Had it not been for them I would have cancelled my spectrum services and went elsewhere! BEST costumer service and sweetest humans. Thank you for making a stressful situation a great experience!

store representative Michael was very disrespectful. instead of addressing the issue,I got called out of my name calling. big home is not my name nor the name on my account. I promise you if I didn't need the internet I would cut all ties with spectrum

5yrs with spectrum 11/29/19 Worst customer service online in store worst in 5yrs have had only 2 good repsentives that were excellent that was few days ago as I have fired spectrum to many issues from a day one smart mouth people who don't know the facts don't need to pay to be abused. Prue Talk AMERICAN based supports wounded warriors so that what real America is about. Not big corporations bad values bad agendas hidden ones.

Got a new phone. I know wow the cost is wow, I deserve it. My old samsung s10e was over heating it health wasn't looking good. It's battery ? ? ? ok it couldn't keep charge longer than 4 hrs. It was a first response phone which was close to free. But samsung said I can give you some good money back. And I just took it. ? ? Out with the old cellphone ? ? in with the new samsung ? 24 ultra ?. So they say my pictures taking will improve ? ? ? lies. I bought it haha. I have power of AI. ?. I picked the purple ? color 24 ultra ?.I have been enjoying my cellphone $25 per month bill an my cable bill so low. I jump over to spectrum from AT&T. It was a smart deal. Thank you Spectrum bundle ?
