Go to a 3rd party store, their phones are $100 cheaper and if anything is wrong with it, its still covered by T mobile and you can fix it there. While I said this to Jhvonny, he got upset and said he will remember that next time he sees me. Idk why, but he was on the verge of tears. Very weird experience. I still don't understand why he cried.Other store was charging $999 for iPhone 12 Pro

The asstian manager is very unprofessional and dose not know how to talk to customer the associates only care about the sale and nothing else I will not ever return to this store until management is replaced

Customer service is incompetent, they have no knowledge of customer complaints to help. Also no oversight on customer input, that is imputed incorrect more than on one occasion.

I used this Temecula Ca location for years..Used to be a customer service store with great serviceI actually got taken to a phone away from the service counter and they dialed the sprint #And i did the job with a great lady in Kansas named Megan .The people in the store are not very customer oriented.....It took him longer to get me a receipt for the 3 phones I was returning than the nice lady did a change and everything else....If i could rate that stores service today I would only give them a half star....Because they were useless ?

Beyond frustrated with this specific store. I called May 3rd to ask about getting my phones fingerprint reader fixed because it was peeling and you could see the silver color from under my purple phone. They said it would take 2 business days for it to arrive for my phone and that someone would call me back once they got it in. A week passed and no ones called so we called them and they said the part hasn't came in yet, another week goes by and still no call. We finally called them today to ask if it came in and gave them our account info, they said to stop by so we did. We gave them my phone and they said it would be an hour, we waited 1 hour and 30 mins and no one called us to say it was done. We went inside and they finished it, asked us to rate them 10/10 and while I was putting on my case I noticed the reader was blue!!! We went back inside and they said they didnt have the purple color, what the heck was I waiting 2 weeks for then??? They didnt even feel like they had to tell us they didnt have my specific color! I was beyond livid I should have just went to the encinitas location. At least they know good customer service!

Will Sprint ever stop with their thieving??? I went into this store a few days ago simply to have my new replacement phone from Apple activated since Apple was having system issues. It took a little while and I had my daughter with me, but all in all, I thought the associate Tonisha did a good job. That is until I received an e-mail from Sprint today thanking me for signing up for their optional Sprint Care Complete protection plan...?? I reviewed my receipts and called the number provided to cancel the monthly plan I never discussed nor agreed to. I found the receipt with my signature that Tonisha told me I was signing simply to activate my phone. I even asked her what it was I was signing. There was nothing to read, nothing discussed, she said I needed to sign the pin pad to complete my cell activation so I can be on my way. However, she was signing me up for a $19 a month protection plan I didn't need or want. Extremely deceptive sales practices! Then she made sure to ask if I got a survey that I give her 10 out of 10 (they make commission off the surveys too). Gtfo.

All I gotta say is go to RHODY. I had the worst experience with my phone. I lost it on the top of my car at the hospital visiting a family member on life support. This is not the first time I showed up an emotional wreck and just not the greatest customer. RHODY has taken care of me every time without batting an eye super knowledgeable and just the help I truly needed at that moment. I won’t go to any other Sprint store again or talk to anyone from here on out because I got 100% customer service right here. I highly recommend this store and of course their workers. Always friendly to me when I come in.

Tried to tell me I was wrong when I said the cell service was terrible. I live by the mall and can't stream music or video unless on wifi. Phone calls aren't received in my own house nor are text messages. I paid for 4g that wasn't accessible in temecula for 2 years. No refunds or anything. Just like at&t they're a joke. They also regularly go through people's photos and data. Had a friend who worked here. So someone should sue.

Great experience in this store. Anthony C. really demonstrated what customer service should be. He listened to what we wanted and explained everything. One thing that I learned that I think everyone should know is if you buy from an independent third party store you can only bring the phone back to that store. If buy from a corporate store you can go to any customer store.

I don’t usually write a review but when I get great service, and I get more than I expected, versus other retail stores, I want to make sure the credit is granted. I was extremely pleased with the support Anthony provided. Very polite, very well educated of the service provided and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. I will indeed recommend this store to all of my friends as I have done in the past.

One star is too much for this store. The service department repeatedly over promises and under delivers. My teen age son has been without a phone for over 2 weeks as they order parts that don't fix it and then had to order a replacement phone. We're told it will be here on this date then when we show up on that date were told a different date and they don't know why we were told the other date. When we started we could have paid $56 and gotten a brand new phone which we would have happily done if they would have just been up front and honest about how long it would take to get a replacement.
