Thank you Staybridge hotel. I left a pen case in my room over the weekend with my Apple Pencil and other sentimental items. I called on Wednesday. Autumn helped me contact the local Postal Annex to have it sent to me. I am so grateful!

This is a perfectly adequate hotel. Be warned that this place seems to be very VERY popular with kids who do travel sports. Despite checking in at almost 9 PM, there was a considerable line of people waiting to check in. Unfortunately at that time of night, there simply isn't enough staff to get everyone checked in. Travel sports teams means that you can expect tweens and teens everywhere and no matter how early you wake up, breakfast will be picked over. As a Celiac, there were few safe gluten-free options and nothing was marked. Our room was fine and looked identical to rooms we've stayed in before. Even with the curtains closed, a fair amount of light still filters in due to a lack of pelmet on the windows. If you need complete darkness, bring a mask. Overall, the stay was fine. Nothing spectacular but it was a comfortable and clean place to sleep for the night. Visited: January 2024

Great staff and excellent manager. I'm afraid of hotels because of my OCD. I actually slept in the bed, used the bathroom, and took a shower comfortably. That says a lot for this place if you knew me.

So I am staying here for work, this place does have a lot of good things. It is very new and in good shape. Just a lot of small things that add up to not give them that good at rating.1.Stay bridges has cooking inside the room but very limited on utensils. I had to go by my own tongs can opener bottle opener things like that?.2.Stay bridges used to be known for their managers reception during the week. Unfortunately, this place may be a night instead of some decent appetizers. They have mashed potatoes. You can put some cheese and bacon bits on it. Very disappointed for what I'm used to for Staybridge3.During the week breakfast starts at 6:30 but that is only if they get everything out. There are times at 6:45. There's no coffee or the coffee is already run out. Or the coffee taste really old if there is any4. They have a nice sitting area fire pit, but seems to be a lot of homeless that come hang out asking for cigarettes and beer or money. The staff does seem really nice. The place is clean. Like I said earlier, it is a very new facility. They do have outdoor grilling gazebo area. May not be the cleanest but it's a nice area to hang out. Just need to fix some small things here.

Very clean, good breakfast, great free laundry room. Many staff members were great. But one did bring me to near tears at one point. We ended up leaving early after that.

TRIED to book at this Hotel for multiple rooms. We have several family members together for a Celebration of Life. Wanted to make sure we got the advertised rate and decided to call direct instead of booking one room at a time. Reservations promptly added "Extra Guest" charges right after booking the first room stating it was Hotel Policy after the the first guest! The rooms we were trying to book were for occupancies of 6 and 8 per room! Charges racked up at hundreds of dollars over the advertised rate. Why would you advertise a room that sleeps eight at a published rate and then charge for "Extra Guests" after the first occupant!? - Bad Business Practice. Consumer beware.

Needed assistance from front desk and the lady with grey hair and glasses had terrible bedside manner. Just looking down then staring at me like I had egg on my face. Made me very uncomfortable. There's plenty other places nearby if you don't want to deal with rude people

We live near the Staybridge in Temecula and chose it for our family to stay in when our rental sewer back up into the kitchen sink and all over the kitchen. During an already stressful event we were asked to move rooms because a wedding party had booked and a family with a similar situation had booked for over 30 days stay. I was made to feel completely insignificant. I was shown a room with 2 queens for our 7 occupants and handed the keys to a room without enough beds for my family. They told me they couldnt do *anything about it*. Following that my wife went to the front desk in near tears as I hurried to pack up and and move rooms in the 30 minutes they had allowed us. The hotel staff member just kept repeating that he had explained it to me and she was going to get the same answer. A few moments later they came to our door to tell us we could stay. We were so upset that we ended up leaving the hotel early. Difficult time made worse... the staffs parting words as I handed in the keys and said we were leaving early were that I was still going to be charged for the room... nice....

I loved my stay here in the Temecula location. Plenty of places to study, and there are so many things to do in walking distance. The only problem is the plumbing gets stuck once in awhile. Be gentle when using the toilet. If the toliet or shower gets clogged, staff will help right away :)Pets are allowed, BUT if you choose to bring your pets, please pick up after yourself! Hotel provided free bags and instructions on how to pick up poop. There will always be poop next to the trash can in the potty area even though bags are always stocked.Just like human babies, the staff shouldnt be changing their diapers!Lets not ruin their pet policies!Walkability: Bowling, gaming, murder mystery show across the street!Food & drinks: Free breakfast buffet, free coffee all day (just ask the front desk)

I loved the hotel room it was clean, roomy, and comfortable. My issue is that I left my necklace with my husband's ashes. It was hanging on the wall with the pegs where you can hang your jacket. I called 20 min after checking out and they said they searched all over and could not find it. I know it's ultimately my fault that I left it behind however, I don't believe they looked all over. I can't prove it was pocketed... The pendant is silver and it was a long chain and it was hanging right where I left it. I won't ever stay there again.

Definitely one of the better hotels out here. Never could go wrong with the Staybridge Suites. Comes with a small kitchen with appliances and a regular size fridge. The location could be closer to work tho, but that is my preference of course.

Looking for a staycation or vacation? Staybridge Suites Temecula was incredible! From the friendliest staff, Ashley, Jackie, Shawn, Chris, Veronica and many more, they all made us feel like family. My husband and I shared our 5 Year Anniversary at Staybridge and felt like royalty, welcomed with incredible optimistic warmth hospitality. Then off to an incredible time at the beautiful color filled glass fire pit where we met so many new friends and shared our vacation stories & life. The amenities had all we needed, felt like our own little home away from home. The beds and pillows gave us such an incredible night sleep, we truly can't say enough about all Staybridge offered from beginning to end. The breakfast was 5 star, my husband feasted like a King and I chose the healthier options they offered. Even if just a night away or a week stay, you must check out why we are making Staybridge Temecula our choice to celebrate, getaway and refer family & friends. Thank you Staybridge for the darling Anniversary card in our room. Class act!

I really had one of my best hotel experiences here. My wife & I were in town with our 3 kids for a wedding. Since the kids couldn't come along & we had someone coming over to watch them, we wanted to get a room that had 2 rooms & a common area so an extended stay place was perfect. Staybridge popped up with good reviews so we opted to give them a shot. I'm glad we did. The room was clean & felt like it was brand new. All of the appliances were in good shape & clean. We didn't use anything other than the fridge, sink, & dishwasher, but everything was fine & it was great that the room came with a small collection of plates & utensils. While we mostly ate out, being able to come back to our room & eating there was a nice perk. The breakfast was also fine. Nothing amazing, but much better than other free breakfasts I've had at hotels. My 5 year old said it was the best food he's ever had. Take that for whatever it is. The hotel grounds were well kept. Pool area was clean as were the common areas. I will say the bike in the fitness room was missing the knob to adjust the seat hight so unless you're tall, it's not going to be comfortable to use (bummer). But other than that the fitness center is great. There was one moment when maintenance came to our room since they were suspicious about a leak below us. They were incredibly appologetic for bothering us, but were in & out relatively quickly & when we saw the workers throughout our stay, they continued to say sorry for bothering us. It was much appreciated. I also wanted to highlight the beds. They were so incredibly comfortable. A+ there. We had absolutely no problem sleeping through the night not them. in all, if you're looking for somewhere to stay for days or even just one night (but with an almost apartment like feel), this place is great. I couldn't recommend it more.

VERY CLEAN!!! When we arrived in our room, I usually wiped down everything, and I noticed everything was thoroughly cleaned. I felt so comfortable in our room. We will be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is clean, well maintained & they have the best staff! Shawn is by far our favorite! He helps us with whatever we need & makes us feel at home! Our house has a leak so we have to stay here for a while & let's just say we feel very comfortable at staybridge. They offer complimentary breakfast & it's surprisingly really good! They have tons of options. I love their social hour too! Free appetizers & free wine or beer every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday! Such a great experience! Thank you stay bridge suites & thank you to the best hotel manager Shawn! We will definitely recommend staybridge to friends & family & will be back again!
