Worst experience I’ve had in the States so far with a doctor/practitioner. The doctor literally spent only five minutes with me — and it was my first appointment! I barely had time to ask questions or share my concerns. The staff is even worse: they rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they don’t send referrals, prescriptions, or anything you need. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FACILITY!

I’m so disheartened. My children and I have been with her for more than a decade. She isn’t available for chronic ear infections. I get it. Go to urgent care. When I called to make our yearly check up, my son’s hearing is not an issue because the trivial test is less than a minute. He failed the school test. There’s no record of his issues because we’ve been deferred. His ear infections have been impacting his speech. Gisi doesn’t have a record of any of his ear infections because every time he has one, I am referred to urgent care. Why have a primary, when you’re directed to urgent care?

I switched to Dr. Gisi about a year ago. She’s been very thorough and great but I’ve had multiple issues with staff not sending referrals, orders and prescriptions correctly. I constantly have to follow up to request copies and only get call backs about half the time.

Doctor giesy always spends quality time going over my labs in my office visit making sure that every question is answered.
I would hardly recommend her.

Even with Covid Dr. Gisi is there full time for patients. The Telemedical interview worked perfectly and it was as good as a one on one in office visit. I was given plenty of time, detail, and review of all my reports and medical issues. Labs were ordered, a plan was worked out and a follow up visit within the next week to review. Actually a very efficient way to conduct an office visit and it helps to have a scale, thermometer, and a BP machine at home to assist with current info. These are good items to keep at home for regular self exams and keeping one in good health. I feel fortunate to have a Primary Physician who is very accessible, willing to provide services during any crisis, and takes the time and attention to follow up on details.
