Was at this Tmobile store with my husband yesterday and couldnt be any happier with the service we received. Though there was a few customers in line before us, they moved quickly, friendly and professional. I had just recently purchased a phone through Tmobile at the kiosk at Costco and had an issue transferring. While transferring, the new phone was activated by another number of ours somehow. So, we went back out to the this particular T-mobile and easily fixed this problem for us quickly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely come back to this location if needed. Thanks T-mobile!

Located inside the promenade mall this location is staffed only with professional staff who care for their clients. I had the singular pleasure of working with Luis. After an unusually unpleasant experience at the Apple Store downstairs I had the great fortune of running into Luis. I had lost my iPhone recently and couldn't use the find my app because I also lost my password. Luis wanted to make sure that every possible measure had been used to help find my original phone. Once I decided this was taking too much time for my priorities I went straight back to him the next day. He answered every question with sincere and humble professionalism and walked me through setting up all the security measures I needed. I feel very secure with the new purchase! Thanks T-Mobile for hiring such professional and friendly staff that anticipate all my needs at a hectic and stressful time

I was here today and let say all the staffs was just professional. Love the team they just very nice and helpful. They willing to help me out with everything even my situation was really complicated. Thank you to my guy Isaiahhvega one of the most friendly guy I have ever seen. Overall really good experience.

Went in with a phone emergency, phone wouldn't charge through the charge port and though I need an upgrade I needed that phone to turn on in order to smart switch all my files, very important ones. After trying several chargers Isaiah decided to use a charge mat and charge it wirelessly. Worked like a charm, phone is charged and ready to switch files over. The way we was going through all possible solutions to help me out tho was top notch customer service. In this day in age, it's rare to find.

The manager, Jay, was extremely helpful in helping us fix our billing errors, and also took the time to explain everything in great detail for our new phone plan. Very communicative/helpful staff and so I would definitely want to recommend this particular location to others! Thanks again

Came here to activate a new line on my existing line when Ibrahim was unhelpful. He made it too complicated to do anything. When asked for a supervisor he stated there wasn’t one. Do not come to this little location, customer service and care is non existent!

This store is so unprofessional. They are not helpful at all. The workers keep on pushing electronics on us after i say no and they tell us one price and then tell us another. They end up adding everything anyways after I said no and they didn't sell me the right protection screen for my phone so now I have to go out of my way to buy a GLASS one somewhere else because they gave me a plastic one. They also told me i couldnt cancel additional electronics that day after i said i didnt want it afterall so i had no choice but to buy it still. They also did not set up my watch right i had to keep on coming back 4 times in the same month to get our problems handled because they dont know what they are doing. They also make us still pay a restocking fee when it wasn't even our fault it didn't work right it was theirs. T Mobile needs to hire more people here that are more professional and know what they are doing. Never coming back here anymore.

Tried to upgrade my iPhone, apparently this is very complicated to do in the store. Employee had to ask 2 other employees if I could trade in my phone based on the condition. It had tiny scratch on the edge of the glass. Other employees told him it was fine, but he didn’t believe them. Finally the manager told him it was fine. Then he couldn’t figure out how to do the process on his tablet. He kept trying the same thing over and over, then he switched tablets and went through the same process to no avail. After about 30 mins I told him I would just orderit online and left. Thanks for wasting my time.

I stopped in this TMoblie store when I was in Temecula CA. I got a one plus 10n 5g And outer box case.The staff was friendly and professional. They helped me and took care off all my needs.If at the Mall In Temecula CA and you have T-moblie I recommend stopping bye and checking this store out. Yes I Recommend them .

Went in today for assistance. Three teenage girls posing as staff were there. One was engaging in a long process with a customer. The other two looked at me and disappeared into the back room. I stood around for a while and eventually left

Literally no help... called to get information to have them help me with getting a replacement phone and he asked for my phone number/pin and last 4 digit of my social and I provide it to him... he stated he couldn't get on because one of the information I gave him was in correct... my phone number is correct... he sent me a pin reset and I gave him the pin he text to my phone... I provided the last 4 digit of my social and idiot still stated I gave him wrong info.... Like are you guys stupid, I even told him that im looking at my account while on the phone and it's under my name... I would give no star
