Quick service. Both issues I came in for were resolved. Although I think there's some kind of fit defect on the screen protector for the S23 Ultra. Have had it replaced multiple times and it bubbles on the edge every time..?

I came in this place to have my bill fixed because I canceled my account.Mark looked like I was an inconvenience for him and I'm sure I was but I was inconvenience by T-Mobile on them not issuing my credit and waiting on the phone for an hour only to be told I had to come to a store. If you come into the store and get mark don't do business with him he's more interested in making the money and not actually helping would never return again

Good customer service with manger Jesse who helped closing my account, although I will never be a T-Mobile customer again I appreciate his help , friendliness and professionalism in helping me out today .

Upgraded to new Iphone 15 Pro Max. I was supposed to get $1000 trade in for my old Iphone 13 Pro Max. My bill with the 55 year old plan was supposed to be $63.00 per month. Reality is that non of that happened. The person on the phone from T-Mobile was a complete idiot and did not know what they were doing. They hooked the wrong plan to the wrong promotion so now my Bill is $125 per month up from $85 at Verizon and no one gives a sh**. I am sorry I moved from Verizon to T-mobile and as soon as my contract is over T-Mobile can go F*** them selves.

I recently went into the T-Mobile at the Temecula Mall to buy a new phone. I usually dread such things but it had to be done. My daughter was inheriting my old Apple XR and I was purchasing a new Apple 14. I must say I've never had a bad experience with this location or any T-Mobiles for that matter. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. They make it super easy to do business because their customer service is excellent! The transaction only took about 40 min and all went smoothly. I will continue to do my business with them for years to come!

My mom and I came here to get her a new phone and not only was the staff was very nice and helpful, but they got her a new smartphone for free and phone service for only $20 per month! Thank you so much Mikey and the other guy that helped us tonight and thanks for staying past closing time to get her phone activated and ready to go, you guys are the best! We love T-Mobile, their customer service is the best by far our of all the phone companies and the phone service and prices are hard to beat!

Don't ever use "Auto Pay" because they charge you for things that you didn't ask for and they can't tell you why they charged you. Also very poor service since they put up their supposed "NEW" cell tower. I had been receiving two to three bars on single strenght, but now with their "NEW" tower i have one and or "No" bar coverage.;;

Brought a phone in for an exchange. Waited about five minutes for Hugo to arrive and help. He thoroughly checked it out and just before we were about to leave, I asked for some advice hooking up my new phone to Apple Car play in my car. He went out to my car and got it working. That's customer service!

First off my family and I regrettably switched to T-Mobile from AT&T about 6 months ago. There is basically no service along Temecula Parkway, especially if you go into any store and the Temecula mall area has ALOT dead spots. A T-Mobile store associate explained to me why the service is so terrible on this side of Temecula is that a tower behind Home Depot is not working properly and that it might be fixed in October. She also said the city of Temecula is delaying the process for whatever reason. I am tired of having to connect to retail store's guest Wi-Fi just to be able to use the internet or even make a phone call. I have spoken to many other people that have had to cancel their T-Mobile plans because they work in this area.The store associate also told me that T-Mobile has a 90 day hold from unlocking your device after you pay off the device balance, basically screwing you if want to switch to a different carrier and take your paid off device. I thought this was suspicious, so I called customer service to confirm this, which is definitely not true. T-Mobile will unlock your device as soon as you pay it off.

They have been so helpful to us, even w/ questions your teen can fix (not answer) most of the crew at 'my' location is friendly, professional and patient. Take the kid that was short and in a hurry, to loose a sale... well he didn't last long. Thanks T-Mobile
