I used to love going to Target. It has changed in the past few years so much. It seems like you are making a boutique store which you should not try to do. I would go there for staple items all the time and I can't find anything anymore. Everything is very overpriced! This was even before inflation hit. There were certain things I used to love getting there that I can't find anymore. Once in a while, I go to check and I still can't find certain things I'm looking for.

It's been a while since I actually went into this target but decided to go since I needed a gift card from Starbucks and a few other things. Kill a bird with one stone type of deal... lol so I thought. Can someone explain to me why the Starbucks will not take cash, when purchasing a gift card? Employees didn't even know the answer.

This is my third time purchasing produce from this target and receiving moldy food. There is something seriously wrong with this target and the management is failing terribly at taking food safety seriously. During my last visit, a fellow shopper discovered mold in her SEALED cubed cheese! She made a scene and the manager looked like he could care less.Something is seriously wrong with the way they're either storing their food or acquiring it.The health department needs to shut this target down and they should not be allowed to sell toxic food to the general public.

To whom it may concern it is illegal for a store to demand your ID upon arrival for many reasons Privacy Concerns: Demanding identification without a legitimate reason can be considered an invasion of privacy. Individuals have a right to move about freely without being subjected to unnecessary requests for personal information. Anti-Discrimination Laws: Demanding ID from customers without a valid reason may lead to issues related to discrimination. Stores are generally expected to treat all customers equally and not engage in discriminatory practices based on characteristics such as race, gender, or age. Freedom of Movement: In many countries, individuals have the right to move freely in public spaces. A store is considered a public accommodation, and restricting entry without cause may infringe on an individual's freedom of movement. Lack of Probable Cause: Law enforcement officials are generally required to have probable cause or reasonable suspicion to request identification. Private businesses, including stores, typically do not have the same authority as law enforcement. Customer Relations: Demanding ID without a valid reason can create a negative customer experience. Customers may feel uncomfortable, and such practices may harm the store's reputation. Target is being like Walmart and opening themselves up for a lawsuit.

Mid-day and no one answers the phone? Literally tried 10 times, 3 attempts to HR just to get a refund issue resolved, nothing!! I've watched the phone ring and no one answer while waiting to resolve the issue IN PERSON, because apparently no one wants to pick up the damn phone! At least Walmart picks up ??

My home target! Employees are either friendly or to themselves (which I don't mind). You can find great deals with thier app, and I'm always earning points or gift cards here. I would just say the only thing that needs improvement is thier lines. They are always long and only a few registers open, which makes a difference with cart fulls of stuff. The starbucks here always makes my order consistently correct.

WOW. Super helpful staff! The employee with the red hair was especially on it to make sure I found everything I needed. Target is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-focused employee.

After finishing up to pay we ended up in Nathan's line and for some reason he had a rough time with us. The "ugh" and groans along with a bit of complaining cause he had to void a transaction was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Super long lines. 1 checker open and 3 employees in the vicinity who don't even bother to step in to help. Good thing I don't shop here too much.

oddest thing about this store, weather it's the store mgr. call or corporate-I went to pickup my order from online purchase, Good location in store and can't miss the " order pickup" signs on bldg. BUT here's the catch-pickup your order and literally next to you are self-checkouts that are closed permanently and I was sent clear across the store to checkout 2 items I had in hand. I came that close in leaving them on the counter. A Sad experience!

Always good things about Target! But why do you let your employees park in the front. This parking should be for customers!

Rude employee experience in this store. At about 9:30 a.m. yesterday, Sunday, I went Target and entered the Women's restroom. There was an employee outside the room with cleaning equipment, who didn't say anything to me as I went in there. The employee was a teenage male - for identification purposes. I wasn't in there more than 2-3minutes,when this employee asked in a loud voice about anyone being in there.I answered that I was there and no more was said at that time. When I left a few minutes later, this employee was walking towards the restroom, and I said-"You saw me go in there, didn't you?" It seemed to me that this was a deliberate attempt to hurry me because he wanted to clean then. He then answered me in a very rude way, which I don't appreciate. Target used to have employees who weren't rude, didn't rush customers in the restroom, especially at 9:30 in the morning, and weren't smart mouth teenagers. Has Target gotten so desperate in hiring that this is now their type of new employee?

Very difficult parking lot to navigate, the drive up staff aren't the friendliest or speediest. The drive up parking is also far from the entrance the staff come from to deliver orders. I wish staff here would be friendlier and more attention to the time it takes to get an order.
