Tax debt services was great very helpful thru the hole prosses of an offer and comprise with the IRS they made it super easy on my wife and I. I would say that all representatives where very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. My experience was great, they gave me the correct information since day one, they explained the process and they emailed me and they would call me as soon as they had new information and they made sure I was doing my part, calling me to give me friendly reminder to reply on time on sending information required by me. This service didnt help me at all but took my payments and asking for more. My debt is still the same so disappointed now IRS is coming for me . All the money I put into their service I could have paid IRS

When I found Tax Debt Services I had not filed my taxes for 5 years & was well over $200k in debt to IRS. When I contacted TDS they were responsive & immediately went to work on my behalf. Definitely do your homework on fees and expectations. Some communication issues, but in the end l paid $100 owing almost 10,000. I paid 2,000 for the service. I definitely saved a lot of money.
