I called looking for help with my tax situation and partly got threw explaining and the lady said it’s not enough that you owe and hung up on me. Wow

I was in deep and couldnt even begin to figure out what to do. They lowered my proposed amount paid and set me on a payment plan. Cant thank them enough for all their help!
