i asked for my gel extensions to be removed. i asked the lady to stop using the grittiest buff on my nails and she did not, she used the dremel way too much, now my nails are very thin. the worst part is i asked her to stop and she would not let me leave insisting that she needed to continue, even when i told her i would fully pay but did not want her services, she insisted and continued to hold my hand, putting me in a very awkward position.

Was seen 1/2 hour after appointment time. The manager, who sits up front, seemed to not care and failed to offer an apology much less a discount. The pedicure was decent but I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Had one nail extension and the rest were just painted. Huge gap between fake nail and real on the one I had done and I've never had the paint applied so far from the cuticle as I've had here(not sure if that's normal). You can also still see green from the previous polish I had applied. I went in to complain after a different appointment next door at a salon and they would only fix it on the spot. Unfortunately I had to pickup my kiddo from daycare in Riverside. So they don't offer refunds or gift certificates for you to come back later FYI.

Very disappointed in the quality of my pedicure. The tech removed all of the polish after she finished, re-painted, and there is still polish all around the nails, on my skin and cuticles. This was the second chance, so I will not return a third time.

I want everyone to know if you go to 10 Perfect Nails,ask for Tracy and I guarantee you will not regret, Tracy does whatever service you need done, if it's nails, gel nails, pedicure, waxing she is the best, am so happy that I found Tracy, she is amazing not only is she good at her job, she is sweet she always gives me 100 percent customer service, i always walk out of the salon so satisfied with Tracy's work

30+ years of life I’ve never come across a nail tech like Amy, The way she is a perfectionist at what she does I was very impressed. Doing nails all day I know it probably is very tiring especially Sometimes when you get customers making unreasonable request. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she created something even better! I went in with my nails looking Very bad and walked out in shock of what she was able to transform, Beautiful nails! Getting nails done by Amy is worth every dollar, and I don’t mind being generous with tipping either She is worth it! The way that she builds the acrylic to your nail and Builds up a natural shape to the style and the quality was amazing! Then you sit there and you get a good personality/conversation and a few laughs. She’s a good lady!

Clean & peaceful! Ivy did an amazing service for me for French manicure. I'm not one to get my nails done all the time, but I enjoyed her feedback for suggesting acrylic for this design only because sometimes it can show through the extension nail. Either way, I'm not picky or complicated. Just like my nails, I'm simple & easy Thank you Ivy! I was not able to get the other page of prices so I hope this helps.

Awful. Went for a basic manicure, and the woman did not clean underneath my nails or file them to be the same shape. She did a terrible job painting them to the point where I had her remove the color and I left with bare nails. Would never return, zero out of 10 experience

The worst place ever I got my nails done last Sunday gel manicured now a week later it's pealing of from sides every single nail not just one or two and very expensive my first and last time.

I got a basic pedicure. Worst pedicure ever. The lady cleaned up my toenails and gave me a massage. That's it. She scrubbed the bottom of my feet for less than 5 mins total. When she was done she just walked away and started on the next person. I put my own shoes back on.

Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. They are good at what they do, and all things considered they are reasonably priced. The location is small, but get yourself an appointment and avoid the wait!

I would give this place a -10 if I could.Treated my daughter and myself to a full set of nails two weeks ago today. I requested for Vivian to do both our nails. When she was doing one of us the other got a pedicure. Anyways long story short all my daughters nails popped off within 5 days and two of my nails popped on day three unloading my dryer. I didn't call her right away because all my children were sick then I got it but I had faith she's stand behind her work since I was a reoccurring customer and tipped very well.I called and spoke with the owner yesterday 10/14/23 and he was so kind and said don't worry about nothing Vivian stands behind her work and will make it right. I wasn't thinking that she'd call me today very upset and told me that she'll fix my nails but never do them again I never flaked when I made appointments tipped very well and refereed all my friends and family. Shame on me for giving her more credit than deserved.If you want rude service, horrible quality and nail technicians who don’t stand behind their own work, give them a try.Service: Acrylic nails

I love Kelly! She's been doing my nails for a couple years now and I'm consistently receiving compliments on my nails and pedicures. She knows what I like which is great because I always leave with a smile on my face. She is so nice and accommodating. So happy I found her. I've also had a couple of people such as Nancy do my nails when Kelly was out on vacation and they all do wonderful work as well. Highly recommend this salon!
