At first the employees seemed friendly, but once we went to check out and pay for our clothes, the young ladies at the cash registers were too focused on chatting and giggling, taking their sweet time and even double charging us for a shirt. I get it, we all make mistakes, but when we went back to get it fixed and refunded, the same young ladies were still too focused giggling, chatting amongst themselves and drooling over their Wetzel Pretzels. The young Caucasian woman with brown hair was not apologetic for the double charge of our shirt and acted like we were a hassle trying to get a refund. The only redeeming person during our entire visit here was Dylan. He was very nice and helpful, especially when we needed help at the dressing rooms.

I bought a t-shirt and the price tag was $14.99, and when I went to pay, the prices showed them as $18.99. I told them to check everything before I would not believe this store and price anymore.

Such a clean establishment. I was helped by one of the sweetest girls ever , I believe her name was Callie. Everyone was very helpful and I WILL be back! THANKS CALLIE!

I had some problems with an online order and the store manager, and her associate took such good care of me. They were so helpful and nice and felt so bad for my situation. They are truly running the store, correct and i could not thank them enough for their customer service.

Packed Monday early afternoon- lines formed from cash wrap to back of store and even with so much going on I asked for assistance from Sarah - Our son wanted a certain style of Jansport backpack ? Sarah not only helped us she was courteous in working with manager to make sure they honored the Tilly’s email discount that saved us $8 off backpack - Thanks Team Tilly’s Temecula Promenade Mall
