BE AWARE!!! Bring your own mechanic if shopping here. I really wanted to leave a positive e review as the sales experience with Cruz was painless especially coming in with my own financing. However, 3 weeks after purchase of our vehicle from them we are in need of a new transmission and in lieu of having and oil change & it diagnosed by Hyundai (the maker of the vehicle) who discovered a coolant leak 3 days after purchase (which we made Top Notch aware of by revisiting and their mechanic saying it wasn’t “necessary to replace immediately”) to a week later the car shifting into drive but not moving at all. We have a trusted mechanic we’ve used for years diagnose and he discovered the emergency brake cable was cut purposefully as well as the transmission failing. I was confused as to why when iI triggered the ebrake it at night it would automatically shut off the next moment but didn’t think too much of it as the car has a few bells and whistles, I figured it was an auto thing. I’m extremely disheartened and upset that we haven’t even made a first payment on the loan and we are having to pay out of power 4k for repairs to the car. We are planning to file complaints and are seeking legal counsel but I wanted to make others aware.

They rushed me, wasnt comfortable with my purchase. Wasnt able to return it. Ended up trading what I bought from them to a real certified dealer. Losing 6k in less than a week. Make sure you bring your own mechanic! The do offe a 2 day return but you have to pay extra. About 300 dollars extra. Plus a Restocking fee. Sketchy I know. You would think there would be a longer period and you would think you wouldn't have to pay extra for that.

I worked with Cruz to purchase my 2014 Jeep Wrangler, and the service itself was smooth — I was in and out much faster than at a dealership.
That said, I’ll be honest: the vehicle had clearly not been well maintained. I own and operate a mechanic shop, and upon inspection, I found that no prior maintenance had been done. I ended up putting about $2,000 into repairs and maintenance just to bring it up to standard and address several leaks.
Additionally, they don’t wash the car or fill up the tank after purchase. For the amount of money spent, I would’ve expected at least a basic cleaning, a full tank of gas, and some attention to the vehicle’s upkeep before selling. They did put new tires …
Because of these issues, I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I wouldn’t have returned the car but you would think a company would take care of the cars.

Top-notch auto is amazing. Their staff is amazing. Josh helped me get into the vehicle of my dreams. He made it smooth and seamless and swift. All things I appreciate. I’m a busy working single mom and appreciate that he takes that into consideration. Through the years he has put all of my children in their vehicles as well. Amazing! I highly recommend top-notch.

My husband and I had a great experience at Top Notch. They are honest and not pushy at all to get a sale. Mike was so helpful and made the purchasing process so easy even though we did not have the most straightforward approval process. We got an amazing and reliable vehicle for a great price. Highly recommend and would go back again to purchase another car.

I discovered Top Notch after visiting other nearby dealerships where I experienced being denied for financing because of my low credit score & lack of established credit history.. I came to Top Notch expecting not to get approved, I only went in because it was on my way home & thought I would give it one more try before looking at buying a car private party.. To my surprise 🫢, they approved me on a car that I'm happy with! Not only that, but my car payment is only $400 a month! While I was filling out paperwork, the owner of the dealership introduced himself & he personally filled the car up with gas ⛽

Josh and Mike are solid good guy's, both honest and straightforward, They were willing to work with me on financing and addressed all my concerns. Came up on a run of bad luck and ended up needing to trade in my car that I was two months away from paying off. Top-Notch Auto helped and was patient with me for multiple days to try and find a vehicle that worked for me and my family of three. The banks were being a hassle, but Top-Notch kept working with me and we ended up finding the perfect car for us. Naryssa, the lovely woman at the front desk is an absolute delight! I’m not very savvy with buying cars, and she helped me out through the whole process. She really cares and so does the rest of the team that went through all the paperwork with me and explained everything to me very thoroughly. 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a well-maintained used vehicle for their family!

I don’t normally post reviews. It’s really not my thing, I actually try to make sure that I only judge businesses and services off my own experience and let it be. In this instance I have to because these guys at top notch really treated us my son and I just like the name says “Top Notch”.
Josh was and is amazing he was informative and helpful and exactly “NOT” what you would expect from a used car sales man which I really appreciated.
Then there was Graham the owner who I’d never personally met, once again much of the same. These guys earned a customer for life without question. I could go into the details but it doesn’t matter.

***notice anyone who says they’re messing with the engine light system coding they’re silent with no response but can respond to majority of the other reviews!!!!***Bought a Subaru from these guys about 3 weeks ago not even and there’s already huge issues with the car that they failed to mention. I DONT EVEN HAVE THE TITLE YET THATS HOW RECENTLY I BOUGHT IT. ONLY PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS WILL CONTINUE TO BUY FROM HERE. There’s a fuel leak in the car so my gas is leaking... gas alone is expensive in California and the fact that it’s leaking constantly is draining my wallet. I thought it was strange I was going through gas like crazy and I just had the same type of car and thought it was so strange. Then the engine light came on 4 days ago and I took it to the shop where they told me I have a fuel leak, they checked the car and told me the breaks are at 20% and I need to replace the breaks and the roaters on all sides costing me another $400-$500 and that the oil and oil filter were old and the oil was black. Im extremely disappointed because all of the reviews on google made this dealer seem to be very well liked and professional. The car was very clean inside as well.. but just like they say “don’t judge a book by its cover”. Just got screwed over big time. the fact they recited california lemon laws basically to me as i walked out should have been enough of a red flag but papers were signed and the deal was done by then. I still regret not stopping the payment on this and returning the vehicle. Bring an expert with you or else i bet you you’ll be screwed.

Hi, im Jeremy. I bought a used f-150 triton pickup a couple months ago. i saw it online, and after comparing other trucks from both dealers and private sellers, this was a great price! I called about it on the phone and they said they would be closing in an hour. no problem. i called back said i was running late, they said no problem. someone will wait for me! finaly got there and was showed the truck with the keys in it. he said take your time. check it out and said let me know if you have any questions ill be right over here.. love that!no presure, not trying to sell me somthing i didnt want, and still answered all my questions.bought it that day. easy in n out with no extra bs bells n whistles. very friendly service and very professional. highly recomend top notch to everyone. love my new truck!
