Refused service because i didn’t have my ID which is understandable however they let another customer who clearly had a minor with them check out and didn’t ask for either of their IDS which is ridiculous because they also stated that the policy was all customers in store must be 21 with an ID and that customer clearly was not 21. Was just horrible customer service all around both manger and cashier were very rude.

Came here for a wedding consultation and Bernadette knocked it out the park. As someone who was initially lost in figuring how much to get for a specific head count, deciding the ratios of beer, wine, and spirits, and tailoring choices to match what was being served, I came out of there with a massive weight off the shoulders. Bernadette was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Her customer service was S tier and helped us decide on a much desired outcome. Thank you Bernadette!

Went into the store with my mom and while an employee was helping us another employee came up to us and checked both of our IDs. Before we could even get to the register the lady refused us services because we looked to young even though we were of age and she saw our IDs to prove that we were old enough.
