The U-Haul employee was 20 minutes late because he "overslept". I get it, stuff happens, but he really didn't seem to be very apologetic or really care too much. When you have a move on a schedule, even 20 minutes could throw your schedule off. He processed the reservation quickly and had the truck ready in no time.I was also disappointed by the cleanliness of the truck. I get it that employees don't have time to clean, but with the ongoing pandemic, I would expect better cleaning processes.
