I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Liz! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Not only was she super knowledgeable about the products, but she also took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made the whole shopping experience fun and stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Liz is an absolute gem, and I’ll definitely be back because of the amazing service she provided. Thank you, Liz!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I received what I needed. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were very accommodating and even helped me schedule one. Truly excellent service.

I placed an order to pick up. When I went to pick it up I checked my bag. No free gift. I asked the girl and she looked at me like I was crazy. She’s like a birthday gift. I’m not no. I get a free gift with my purchase of Valentino product. She just said oh well we probably ran out bc they would have put it in your bag. 💀 So first you have zero clue what im asking then you lie and just dismiss me. Never even asked someone else or tried to resolve my issue. I always spend over 100$ each time I go to Ulta. Would be nice to get a free gift after spending so much money.
I get that free gifts run out. But your employee could care less. She first said birth day gift. Then all of a sudden oh we ran out. What is it? Don’t know or ran out? No solution what so ever. Do better! Mainly when ppl spend a good amount of money at your store.

Went yesterday and need help buying some products; I asked for help and was ignored. I also asked for a napkin and was also ignored. They were too busy either being on their phones or talking to each other.

Not to lie my experience was horrible I wouldn't even give them a 1star..took my daughter bcuz it was her BDay and she wanted a cleanser she was suppose to get a free little surprise gift and the cashier wanted her to pop her email which im reality it pops out on their screen thats its BDay...Im not going to say the cashier or put her on Blast bcuz she knows who she is and I do too bcuz it says it on my Receipt..But thanks for the attitude u gave us.. Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!...Need some training to be honest...

Loved spent like $500 after shopping around for HEMPZ lotion mini and big Hempz then MAKE -UP ♡♡♡ THANK YOU ULTA as well as thank you to the sales Associate who checked me out and provided a 5☆☆☆☆☆ shopping experience for me @ULTA! I'd definitely shopping here again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the CONSTANT cancellations. Every single time I schedule a SKIN appointment, it gets canceled last minute because the person is sick; I book months in advance because I am out of State. I think the attention is focused on their local clients (which I understand) but should be honest about it and just not book out of states period.
Very frustrating, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect to customers’ time. If the technician is sick this often then they should have two people on their staff not just one.
I’ve rearranged my own schedule repeatedly only to be left hanging on the day of. A one-time cancellation is understandable, it happens, but unacceptable when it becomes a pattern. I can no longer rely on this business, will not make any further appointments and you should not either if you value your time.

I’d expect Sunday to be closed but Saturday is just strange and SO unsuitable for most of your customer base.

let’s be more mindful of being pushy with customers about signing up for a credit card. you pose 1 simple question and if they say no, you drop it and the conversation is over. as a customer, i’m not trying to dodge a salesperson at the counter. do not worsen your customer experience with these pushy sales tactics. unless you have the data to back up telling your associates to “push and keep pushing until they say yes!” (which i’m confident you don’t) just don’t do it. it’s literally hurting you more than it is helping. take this as free feedback.
