This review is long overdue ? I walked in here with my gramma a few months ago and had a big ask of these amazing girls. I had a hunch that I was going to get engaged, and I needed to find a dress to wear. The minute I asked, every single one of the girls in there grabbed as many dresses as they could, and sent me into a dressing room to try them on. It really turned into a full fashion show — I had about four of them at one point waiting by my dressing room and telling me their opinion on how each dress looked which is EXACTLY what I wanted and needed in that moment. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. I had such an amazing experience here and I am beyond grateful for each and every one that helped me that day. Thank you for helping me look beautiful for my engagement ❤️

Went here with my wife to check out what clothes they had. Wound up buying a Lot of stuff. The staff was super helpful and nice.

I don’t understand how the rating is this low!! Shopped here today and absolutely fell in love. I bought 4 dresses and some heels. The staff was the best retail staff I’ve ever met. The two girls helping me seemed genuinely excited to help me find outfits that looked good and hyped me up. I always have a hard time finding dresses but this store has the cutest stuff!!! Highly recommend! They also have modest options that are still young and flattering which is very hard to find. They also had a plus size section and cute jewelry.

This boutique is so lovely. If you're looking for a good selection of unique pieces to add to your wardrobe you should absolutely check it out. When I got there, I started grabbing items to try on as I was in a bit of a hurry. The woman working the checkout desk took each item as I grabbed it and reserved it in a fitting room for me. A service I didn't expect! I was torn between two dresses and the employees helped me pick and had great things to say. The dress I got was so cute and I was happy with the price. I will definitely shop again.

I asked the cashier when I purchased my item what the return policy was. She told me I could return it as long as the tags are still on it and I have a receipt. At no time did she tell me, if I paid with cash, I could only get a store credit! I returned my item and was told I could only get a store credit. I asked to speak with the store manager. She came out and told me this was the store policy. Although she was nice I was very disappointed. I just picked a couple of items that I really didn't want but I just wanted to get out of there and never return. I looked at my receipt when I left and it clearly states no refunds for cash purchases. You can, however, get a refund if you pay by card. Such a weird policy and not happy AT ALL!!

HORRIBLE. Do not shop here. Their return policy is a joke and is clearly their policy so they can keep your hard earned money when you decide to make a return. DON'T USE CASH!I purchased a coat which I was not 100% on, when I made the purchase I asked the cashier specifically if I could return for a refund and she said YES for 7 days as long as you have the receipt and tags are on. ((She NEVER said to me, ma'am since you are paying with cash and decide to return, it will be store credit)) Had I been TOLD the policy I would have used my debit card or not purchased at all.Great, so I made the purchase.**Note: I NEVER use cash. I always pay with a debit card, and this one day I happen to have cash on me.I come back to the store 3 days later because I decided I really wouldn't wear the coat much and I could use the money on other things.I go to the store, pull out the coat and the receipt and the cashier tells me, "oh, you paid with CASH, so its only going to be a store credit". Umm, excuse me? No, I paid with cash so I would like my cash back, please.They would not refund me. I asked that they contact the owner which they said they would and take my number. I left the store beyond upset and shocked at this type of business ethic.Later I received a call from another manager who told me that the owner would like to stick to her policy.Again, I was in complete shock that this is how they do business and clearly they do not have the best interest of their customers at heart, they only care about the sale they made and to keep the proceeds.The owner is Megan (Oborski) MacIntyre, she owns a list of stores, and I hope that you will not support any of the business's she owns. Cute store in Old Town Temecula with great selections of clothing and accessories for female of all ages. Prices are reasonable as well. Plenty of fitting rooms as well as chairs to keep hubbies or boyfriends rested while waiting. We stumbled upon this place while we're waiting for our tables at Swing Inn Cafe to be available.

Adorable boutique on Front Street. I recently stopped in for a craving of sweaters and/or airy cardigans & decided on a rust burnt sienna pullover and a ballerina wrap. Over the summer I got a summer dress that looked good in the store, but I ended up donating it after one wear - due to the straps being a bit funny & the dress kind of ballooned out. Hard to explain until it happens to you. The staff is nice but within 3 min of browsing I was asked by over 4 people if I needed help. Sometimes I just want to browse and be asked by only one person :) I used to do retail so I know it's a delicate balance of being helpful without also being overly attentive. I also shop at their sister boutique Rivers and Roads down the way so it is nice to have options. I like their cold weather selection here over the summer wear but that is just my preference. A must stop if you need reasonably priced clothing for a cute nite out.

I have shopped at Under the Willow many times and their Return Policy has always been at the regist. It Very Clearly states the Return Policy and policy when using cash for a Purchase. It is also stated on their receipts. I have always enjoyed shopping at Under the Willow and once I read & understood the the Return Policy, I have not had any issues with any returns I have made.

I love this store! Love the vibe and their sweaters! Definitely recommend you stop by if you're visiting Old Town Temecula! Fyi, they have ample seating for the non-shopping companion, which is awesome because you will spend your sweet time trying on their cute clothes!

Cute store, but unfortunately not a decent policy. I won a raffle basket that was donated with products from them; a cute sweater with sunglasses and a gift card. Both products are too big for me and they couldn't do anything for me because it was past 7 days of purchase. When I then explained that it was a raffle basket that was raffled later than purchased she didn't seem to care. Not even an exchange for something that could actually fit me.
