I’ve been a customer for 6 months and it has been a nightmare. It doesn’t matter if you call customer service, go in the branch, or use the app. You’re going to be frustrated no matter what you do. Now they are merging with U.S. Bank (another horrible bank). Banking here right now is It’s like being caught in the middle of a hall way with Jason Vorhees at one end Freddy Krueger at the other end. Run! Don’t walk, Run.

This was our first time to this Union Bank and we had just come in to cash a check. We were having a rough day so we were really appreciative of Gina who was a great help and one of the most delightful tellers! I hope you got to watch the Seahawks vs. Broncos tonight! Thank you for everything :D!

The ATM took my money, did not deposit it into my account and the atm receipt said we can’t return your items due to a technical issue. I called the branch and they could care less. Like oh no big deal it’s not their money. They said, oh yes it’s happened to a few people call customer service and start a claimIt will take 10 days to get your money back.

Not open on Saturdays. Some of us don't have jobs where we can just take off during the weekday to do our in-person banking.... But hey, it's more convenient for your employees and I guess that matters more than your customers. Switched banks to one that believes in customer service.

In general the bank staff is judgmental and lack the ability to serve their cliental in a fast and convenient manner. When we requested to withdraw money. They would not provide it in the method we requested. They made us wait a week and of course when we showed up the lady made is wait, I will never use union bank for anything ever again.

I love coming here! Everyone knows me & is always so nice when I come in. They make each transaction as fast & easy as possible. & my guy Kal & the other ladies always makes sure to say Hi whether they're the ones helping me or not which makes me feel important & welcomed thank you guys!!!

The reps are nice, the only one thing that really bothers me is that Unionbank only has one office. They closed the one in Menifee none in Murrieta,Lake elsinore,Wildomar and the next one is in Corona near the 15 & 91 fwy. I am already looking for another bank. Sad that they do not care for the members.

Horrible face to face banker representative. Talked in circles with answers to my direct clear questions. Told me no other branches were open expect Temecula and Riverside. Specifically I asked her, Monica Phommatha "You mean to tell me there are no other Union Banks open any more aside from Temecula and Riverside?" Monica Repied, Yes just those 2 branches, ...(hesitated) and 1 in Fallbrook" In providing information she created complexity and aggitating rather than smooth concise clarity. She then said, "Sorry, You can come back to open your account, I won't be opening the account" She then stood up pushing my papers & ID towards me.Her personal offense taken was not in actuality what occurred. Horrible business posture.

Fantastic customer service. Tellers cheerful and chatty, helpful with deposits. Monica was awesome in helping me with my late mom's estate stuff. Plenty of parking. Clean, A/C was great on 97 degree day in June. I have been with Union Bank for over 30 years, and happy to find the local branch in Temecula as wonderful as my old branch prior to moving here. A+

I showed up at 5:59 p.m. on Friday knowing full well they wouldn't let me in. Have this been in and out burger they would have bent over backwards to make sure I was served. Here the gentleman who answered his watch was set three or four minutes fast. I used to work in the banks and I know how that works. This point in time the service that a bank offers is limited to things like this. I was a little disappointed to say the least.

While all banks lately are lacking in the customer service department, Union Bank takes the cake. If you are looking for a new bank....run....don't walk...AWAY from UNION BANK! Poorest customer service in the industry and God forbid they make a mistake and take out too much money or debit the wrong customer's account for a check. You will wait weeks if not months to get it rectified. All I can speak to is the Temecula branch and they are HORRIBLE. We are moving all of our substantial funds...IMMEDIATELY!

I have been with Union Bank for over 27 years. I always worked with the Rancho Cucamonga branch and was very happy with them. I recently moved to Menifee and found out that the Antelope Road facility was closed due to the pandemic, so I called the Temecula facility before driving all that way to make a deposit and open a savings account. I was told that they were too busy to open a savings account and only did it by appointment only. I told her that I was going to drive in to make a deposit and could they please see me that morning. The girl I spoke to said she was all booked up. She was rude and when I asked if there was anyone else she said no, they were all booked. I told her that it takes about 30 mins to drive out there from my house and was there anyway we could work together on this since I needed to make a large deposit and wanted to get it done at the same time. She kept saying no and when I told her I had banked with Union bank for many, many years and maybe I needed to just close my account and go elsewhere she could have cared less. Even when I asked to speak with the branch manager she didn’t care. I needed that money in my account so I drove to that branch location and when I got there I saw three people sitting at desks and none of them were helping people, none were on the phone and when I asked the teller if she could get one to help me open a savings, one of the girls sitting at the desk said no they were all too busy. The teller looked embarrassed. I ended up driving to my branch in Rancho Cucamonga and they took all of 10 minutes and opened a savings for me right then without an appointment I’m still considering pulling my account since the Temecula branch on Yanez Road is the closest open branch in my area. Their customer service is horrible and headquarters needs to look in to the management there and do some house cleaning.
