If you’re looking for a notary public, look somewhere else. This place is a joke! Their notary is only there certain days and between 11am-1pm, or so they said. So I go in those hours and once there am told they went out to lunch after the first hour, and they’re not sure the notary service will be able to help for the “few minutes” left when they get back. Pathetic! They should stop claiming they offer this service or hire a real notary that is actually available more.

I want to take a moment to recognize Cindy Kinter for her exceptional service at The UPS Store. Cindy is consistently professional, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I come in. Her dedication to providing top-notch customer service truly stands out.
Having spent over 40 years in the customer service industry myself, I do not give praise lightly—Cindy is truly one of the best I’ve encountered. She treats every customer with respect and care, and her positive attitude makes each visit a pleasant experience.
Kudos to you, Cindy! Thank you for setting such a high standard. You are a true asset to the store and the community.

This isn't my usual UPS store, but I had an UPS package to pick up there. It's in a super convenient location with lots of parking - in the Meadows Village center with Baron's Market, Great Harvest Bread Co. and Spuntino Pizza. The store was clean and organized. I was waited on right away and employees were pleasant. Would definitely use this location again!

I’m very happy to write this review for The UPS Store at Meadows and Rancho, conveniently located next to Barons. This is my go-to UPS store in the area. The staff is amazing—always fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Even when it gets busy, they manage to keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
