Looks like they still haven't updated the hours on their website. It's just after 6pm on a Saturday. Drove 20 miles only to find a closed gate and no one answers the phone. Wish I had read the reviews earlier and saved myself the trip. Frustrating.

Hours must be wrong, here at 9:40 on a Friday when their hours on the store front and online say 9:30, no one there. Didn’t get to drop off a package

Website says they open at 9:30am. It’s 9:40am and the gate is closed, and nobody will answer the phone. This is super annoying and I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Hours on website say they’re open until 9pm on Saturday. I am in front of a closed gate at 6:44pm. I called the phone number and it rang and went to a generic voicemail. Irritating to plan a trip with two large packages to ship, based on a “reputable” business's actual website only to have to drive it all back home and to a different ups store tomorrow.
Don’t waste your time.

They don’t answer the phone and the location is attached to a storage place so it’s behind locked gates, no public entry, why advertise on Google???

Google says they're open at 5:30pm on Saturday but they're not. No hours or signs posted outside the security gate so it's super confusing.

Lynn and Lilly at the ups located off Jefferson are your best employees! They were super helpful and sweet! They’re definitely the kind of people you remember ! I had 2 returns that they happily helped me out with .I could’ve stayed and chatted with them all day! Very welcoming and Amazing ladies!!-fayth:)

After having multiple packages of hundreds of dollars of orders go missing from the store I noticed something and I will never come back. Last minute we couldn't track which of the orders had been scanned in or hadn't been scanned. The register is always glitching, the system is old. while the driver was leaving the driver didn't want to let the person scan the packages and said they can just stay or they can go unscanned.
When I called in about my orders last time they couldn't find them because they had never gotten acceptance scan and I bring them to this location each time so now I noticed that they don't get scanned in and I am out lots of money and there's nothing UPS will do because there's no acceptance scan. I understand things happen or the rush to be on time but I paid for tracking and lost items and the driver did not want to separate the items in his hands that were not scanned in. If the driver is rushing customers who they are delivering for I think you have a system to rush people that resulted in multiple packages going missing. Taking property and not returning it is theft.

This store is always a 10/10. Lily is lovely. She treats all customers with kindness and great efficiency. Her memory is impressive, and she makes the experience of visiting this store wonderful. We are thankful for her hard work during every visit!
