I just got back from this bank. The teller was an older guy. Maybe he was in his 30s? I had coin and I couldn't make rolls. It was probably $20 of change if that. He told me about the Albertsons coin star. I am aware of that and I didn't want to be charged there. Then he wouldn't wave the money order fee. I told him I just got a ticket- I haven't gotten a money order in about ten years. He wouldn't budge. No one greets you when you walk in. I've been in banking for 15 years. I would always go the extra mile for customers. You have $5 in quarters- no problem This is not the service I would have provided. I am really disappointed at this experience. This bank is cold.

This bank is not very honest, the manager was lied to my face and made the teller next to her followed her lies. Here’s what happened, I went to there wanted to withdraw $10,000.that just have received by wire transfer, it’s already available that shows in the account statement, but they kept telling me it’s not available yet need to wait until next day. I didn’t want to argue with them so went to another brunch, they gave me the withdrawal right away. It’s 10 mins away from this brunch.

We lived in Minnesota (the home of US Bank) over 30 years ago, and have always been well taken care of by US Bank. We live in Temecula, California now and yesterday I went to US Bank to withdraw some cash from our joint checking account. I was immediately taken care of by Juan Carvajal who not only took great care of my banking needs, but also carefully walked me out to my car because I am recovering from hip surgery. Juan was not only competent, but caring, and I very much appreciated his help. Holly Suhi

Stopped in to pay off an auto loan I had with US Bank and was helped by Monica Rodriguez. as I was waiting in line I see a flyer for a great CD offer and I ask her about it. To be honest she’s not sure at first and even states I don’t think it works for an IRA. But she worked hard made some calls got some help from her partner and long story short they helped with a complicated banking situation. I closed Two accounts with Chase Bank today and opened a savings and IRA CD with US Bank.

i've never given a two star, but i feel like i have to. I was seen by Juan today "client relationship consultant" and i was trying to open a business account. He told me i needed certain documents that i've never furnished before (Have 2 businesses and owned 6 in my lifetime). after checking the with the website on what i actually needed to furnish there was a list of 4+ other items i could have brought in and i had that. i told him about. He continued to argued and said his store is different. Well from my knowledge all US banks have to follow the same protocols.I use them for personal banking , but if they don't have the knowledge for business i wanted to warn everyone. Only reason i've given a 2 star is because the lady when you walk in to the left that sits there and helps customers is very nice and knowledgeable otherwise i would have given a 1.

It would seem that a bank would be proactive in the financial business. With USBank that doesn't appear to be the case.My point: I have spent the past three days with USBanks customer service department and nothing has been accomplished.

This branch is the closest to my house so naturally I use it most often. Today 8-30-2021 I wanted to get a document notarized. The clerk told me they now only notarize legal documents that deal with US Bank. They wouldn't even notarize my document for the set state fee of $15? I called the branch on Jefferson and they agreed to do notary for free.

After banking for 37 years with USBank in Pleasanton in N. California, where bank staff had been respectful and pleasant, my first visit to this Temecula branch was very disappointing. I'm a 78 yr old Asian and walk slowly with a cane. The two tellers looked like they resented being interrupted from their ongoing chat, and one of them was downright arrogant. I had wanted to cash a $500 check and needed brand new $10 bills for Covid reasons. Teller only had new $100 bills and worn $20s. But, he could always have asked his manager to open the vault and grant my request - but he was lazy, couldn't care less and didn't lift a finger. People like him do not deserve to work at this or any other bank !!!

I've banked with US Bank since I opened my first account in 2016. I've had my issues in the past, but they usually have gotten resolved. However, I've been pushed past my tipping point with this branch specifically. I've had an issue that i've been dealing with, involving a US Bank ATM deposit error, so i've been trying to resolve it with this Branch Manager (Angelie Abelgas) and this is what i've gotten: - An extreme lack of communication: Angelie never returned calls, and had someone walk back and forth between her desk and me in the lobby to communicate with me. She either didn't care enough to talk to me or was too afraid to tell me something I didn't want to hear. Either way, it was horrible treatment from a Branch Manager. - When Angelie called corporate for help, I overheard her say "she's helping a kid". That is both unprofessional and disrespectful towards me, regardless of my age. - One of Angelie's employees told me "not to interrupt him" when I was trying to explain that he was repeating something i've heard many times before, that wasn't helping my issue. And at the end of the day, they didn't solve my problem and told me I need to "deal with the IRS". This "solution" took me having to walk into this Branch, even after I called THIS MORNING and got ignored. To add insult to injury, after speaking with a Branch Manager from another location, they appear to have found alternate solutions to my problems. DO NOT BANK HERE. They will treat you poorly, not communicate with you, and not take your issues seriously.

Horrible customer service from AJ Patel. A teller should not be making errors when it comes to one’s money. I came in to deposit a large sum of money and he put it into a wrong account. I will be switching bank ASAP.

Horrible customer service. I made an honest mistake, something I haven't done in years, with an account I've had with U.S Bank for a decade, by mistakingly transferring too much money out of my account. The next day when I added the necessary funds, I had been charged their standard $36 insufficient funds fee. Also, my card had been temporary locked because they considered the transfer possibly fraudulent, which is the only action in this situation that I value from them. When I called that day, to unblock my card, I spoke with a representative who informed me that I could be done the "courtesy" of having that single $36 fee removed once they had emailed the branch manager. Several days later when the courtesy of removing the fee never occurred, I called the branch and spoke with an employee who told me they had spoken with their manager and that they couldn't do it because "it was not their fault". Instead I was offered an option to open a line of credit. I had taken full ownership from the beginning and never once implied it was their fault. The "courtesy" of reversing the charge was offered as an option to me by another bank employee previously. Apparently, this is the type of relationship U.S Bank has come to provide their long-term standing customers.
