This post office is extremely inconsistent and frustrating to deal with. They claim that the mailboxes will be ready with mail by 11:30 AM, which is already pretty late, but most of the time the mail isn’t even in the boxes by then. Almost every visit comes with a new excuse — either they’re short-staffed, there was a holiday the day before, or they’ll say the mail won’t be ready until late afternoon.
It’s especially frustrating when you make the trip expecting to pick up your mail, only to be turned away. On top of that, the customer service is lacking — there’s a noticeable fake attitude from some of the staff. If you happen to forget your mailbox key and need your mail, they make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them, rather than offering any real help.
Overall, the lack of consistency, poor communication, and dismissive attitude make this one of the least reliable post offices I’ve dealt with.

I have no idea how this place got bad reviews. I’ve worked with 3 separate workers here, and they’ve all been super helpful, efficient, and incredibly nice!
I’ve never waited in a long line, at least not one that took a lot of time to get through.
I’m baffled at the bad reviews. I’ve gone to other post offices that took forever and were super crowded, and that’s never been the case here. I’d say take it with a grain of salt that those over reviewers were just having a bad day and wanted someone to blame.
This has absolutely become my go to post office! I just wish I knew all the employees’ names so that I could give them a shout out here!

Lazy workers who refused to take usps packages and told me to go elsewhere. Claimed they were a small store and couldn’t take them. Terrible customer service.

this place is terrible, customer service is bad, i was treated like i should have gone somewhere else. when my po. box. contract expires i will head to ups. instead. i can no longer access my pobox after hours. no notice was given at all.

Needed to have registration post marked by the day I brought it in. I went when they opened, and it made that clear they said it would be and I got charged a late fee because it wasn't thanks for being awful

That guy working the front had a bad attitude, was very condescending, and had a bad tone of voice when communicating with customers. Poor customer service. I don't know why they keep people like that working at the USPS. He literally berated the lady in front of me.

Straight up lazy workers who pick and choose how they treat and help people.
I went in last week and the female worker was helping a costumer that had 30!!!!!!!! large envelopes to mail and every transaction needed to be separate. There were 8 people in line and it took forever. On top of that they chatted as if they were having tea and crumpets.
Today I go in with five measly simple transactions, and the guy worker tells me usually when there’s a line they “can’t do transactions separately.”
I said really because last week your colleague did 30 separate transactions and that wasn’t an issue. He didn’t like that but I don’t care.
Don’t pick and choose.

Locked lobby doors early with no notice. I couldn't access my PO box for items that were extremely important to my business. What's the point of paying high prices for a PO box with stated hours of operation, if they aren't truly followed and access is not allowed. Disappointed once more by our failing postal system.

Ms Josie is amazing !! I came last week to send my dad’s passport renewal application. I didn’t schedule a passport appointment - since it’s just an application sent by mail. However when one of the workers saw that I was sending this - he said that Ms Josie is better in helping me in this area. She saw my application and said that the picture was not clear. Got it retaken at Staples and she helped me out with the rest. So thankful with MsJosie !

I have always loved going to this post office. Until today. Today a man tried to ignore everyone standing in line, so I asked him if he was in line and let him know that we were too. Then he went back in line, but he was going to for sure cut us all who were waiting if I didn't say anything. I wasn't rude, I just let him know that we see him and we were in line.
When I got up to the counter, I was sent off to the side. Jeff was super nice to the man who tried to cut everyone in line, even told him to have a blessed day.
This post office was always fun, usually a very happy place. But today Jeff decided that he was going to give me about the hardest time I've ever had in my life. Had to ask the same questions at least three times, in order to get a straight answer about pricing. Had to all but argue to conduct what should have been a simple transaction. The price on the screen was even wrong. I had to go to another worker in line, because I didn't trust he would even send out my package with the way he was acting. So not ok. And was totally unnecessary.
I don't understand the nasty attitude from Jeff, just because I wanted to stop someone from ignoring everyone else who had been waiting, and who was going to cut in front of us. Yet Jeff rewarded him and punished me by making sure I had no pricing options and attempted to charge me over $30 to send a packet.
Ruined my dang day. Thanks Jeff.
