“Our experience with this hospital and Dr. Wagner was above expectations. We were in need of a quick ultrasound and our previous hospital could not accommodate. I called around and everyone else was extremely expensive and had outside Dr. come in once a week to preform test. This facility has it all in house and had it done same afternoon and reasonable. The tech’s , receptionist’s and complete staff were compassionate. Unfortunately We were fighting a battle we could not win. Cancer of the spleen took my 3 year old golden. Dr.Wagner did everything she could and was very compassionate throughout.

“I can’t say enough good things about Care Animal Hospital Temecula. Dr Martinez and the rest of the team are great. Dr. Martinez’s kennel side manner is amazing. When she examines our elderly fury family member, she takes her time to make sure our anxious gentlemen feels safe and comfortable. The hospital is not the closest vet clinic to our home, but I don’t mind the drive knowing our fury family member is in good hands.”

“Dr Gill has been our 12 year old Whippet Sheldon's Dr since he was 4 months old. He's had 5 surgeries, over 100 stitches and a completely restructured ACL, all at Vail Ranch Veterinary Hospital performed by Dr Gill and Dr Sing.
This evening SATURDAY 6/21/2025 after several text messages and a few phone calls Dr Gill met me and my family at the Hospital to put Sheldon down. It was a devastating time since I lost my Dad the day before.
Dr Gill's bedside manner and professionalism made the process much more bearable and human. He and the Staff have taken care of Sheldon for almost 12 years and he loves them very much. I highly recommend Dr Gill & his Team.

“Dr. Bob Thompson is “Temecula’s vet”. The best with common sense, years of experience and expertise in the newest protocols, procedures and medications. Fees are the best in town and all services are provided with compassion in this practice of animal-loving professionals.

“This is the second time I visited this location and the service is 10/10! Dr. Post is amazing and so is every staff member I’ve come across. They exude an energy that shows they care for the animals and the pet owners alike. They always reserve space and time for owners to voice their pet concerns and make you feel heard. I feel it’s hard to find a place to take your pet when they need medical attention without feeling like they’re trying to take advantage of you or trying to get you to spend extra money in some way. This Banfield location is nothing like that. They have continuously provided exceptional service and care. I will recommend this specific location time and time again.”

“We adopted a dog from Animal Friends of the Valleys who had a bad cough. Treatment was provided free, which was wonderful. Dr Siringo has a marvelous "bedside manner." The vet tech was also wonderful with my dog. Dr. Siringo took the time to answer all our questions, giving us many helpful suggestions and contacts. His sense of humor made the visits fun. The treatment worked well. I plan to bring my dog back for ongoing care. Not sure how they compare on cost.”

“Came here this week for the first time. I had a very bad experience at a different vet, and needed a new place to go. Found this place online was conveniently located basically 2 blocks from my house. I'll be honest, I had veterinarian PTSD. My dog was injured, I dropped 3k on him, they didn't fix the issue. Caused my dog to go deaf, wanted to do the procedure all over again, for another 3k less than a week later...
I said no, and took my dog home to die basically. Thinking the infection would take him out. He lived somehow, I eventually got the courage to try a different vet and thank God I picked this place.
As soon as I walk inside, greeted by a very friendly and nice gentleman.
The Desk people, the nurses, the vets. All top notch and very professional.
The vet and nurses handled my dog extremely well.
And I even left with both arms and legs after paying for it. I'm left thinking that my last veterinarian was actively over charging and over billing us.
I am very happy with my service and animals care. I have found my new Vet. And I am very grateful for them. I love my dog more than any human being on this planet. And they took care of him. They got us for life.
