“The staff at Vineyard Veterinary were very sweet and helpful with my old kitty girl Haru for a full examination. It was very easy to make an appointment online and was able to secure an appointment within two days! Pricing was extremely fair. I will definitely return in the future if needed.”

“Dr Rigby is outstanding! Had a surprise filly a few years ago and she walked me through each step with confidence and knowledge. Couldn’t ask for a better mentor and she’s my go to for everything horse related. Professional, experienced and personable. Top notch!”

“We have been going to VCA El Rancho Temecula since we moved here in 2001. We quickly discovered that Dr. Siringo is such an amazing Veterinarian who truly cares about each animal and treats them as a family member. We have been through 2 generations of cats and dogs in our household with Dr. Siringo. He doesn’t just throw medication at a pet, he discusses different options. He gives thorough explanations for each situation, is thorough on explaining test results, and is patient with and listens to questions and concerns. His surgery expertise is phenomenal, and after a bladder stone surgery on our dog I couldn’t even see the scar later down the road! And when it comes time to say goodbye to a beloved pet, Dr. Siringo is very loving, compassionate, and understanding during that difficult time. We just moved out of state and already miss Dr. Siringo’s Veterinarian care. If we had only moved 2 hours away, I would still make the trip to see Dr. Siringo as he is well worth the visit for my furry family member’s healthcare. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siringo at this location 200%!! Thank you Dr. Siringo - with love & appreciation from Zorro, Sonny, Chekov, Apollo, Francis & Asher (and their 2 humans, John & Amy)”

“It was my first time going to this animal hospital and my pet had a very sudden and unexpected medical emergency right in the room as the vet was just doing a routine wellness check. The veterinarian was so quick to react and for that reason my pet is still here. They were very supportive of any treatment I wanted done, and their sense of urgency when my pet was in distress really showed me how much compassion they have for animals. I will definitely be bringing my other pets here in the future.”

“I just went to this vet today. So friendly and VERY accommodating. Despite not having an appointment for my cat, they squeezed us in between customers. Both the Tech and Dr were friendly and gentle with my baby who was so nervous, and the service was completed in less than 15m. Very impressed with this place, I recommend you try them out.”

“This is the best Vet I have ever been to. When i was waiting to be seen you can just hear all the love around you and your pet. The dogs that came in were happy to be there. I did not see one person that was not nice. They answered all my questions even the silly ones . Best vet ever.”

“We adopted a dog from Animal Friends of the Valleys who had a bad cough. Treatment was provided free, which was wonderful. Dr Siringo has a marvelous "bedside manner." The vet tech was also wonderful with my dog. Dr. Siringo took the time to answer all our questions, giving us many helpful suggestions and contacts. His sense of humor made the visits fun. The treatment worked well. I plan to bring my dog back for ongoing care. Not sure how they compare on cost.”

“We took our 12 year old cat Elsa in for a check up to make sure she’s in good health for her age. The Vet and assistants were gentle, kind and caring. The care Elsa received was thorough and the services were explained clearly. We received complete estimates for tests and medications needed. There was no pressure put on us for unnecessary services. The Vet contacted me with the results of tests done and options to consider. I thank the staff for a very positive experience and professionalism we received.”

“We have been clients of several Banfield Pet Hospital’s over the years. Our four dogs always received quality care from Banfield’s technicians and Veterinarians. We are particularly thankful to Banfield (Temecula Pkwy) for their continued support for our (19). year old dog, Buttercup. Dr. O’Rourke, Claudia, Victoria and all the associates at this facility are extremely professional; skilled; and compassionate — today they went beyond the standard care, and provided (5) star care for our senior canine. Their communication throughout the procedure was consistent and thorough, which made us feel relieved, knowing that Buttercup was safe.”
