I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Vintage Begonia!!! The owners are so attentive and acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the store. They always can't thank you enough for purchasing from their small business. I can never leave Vintage Begonia with buying anything, everything is absolutely gorgeous!

Such an adorable charming store in Old town Temecula . I called before heading their way , the gal who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful . She even checked to make sure that the item I wanted was in stock . On my drive , I hit traffic , which was going make me arrive 5 minutes after their closing time . Again, I called to confirm the closing time . She asked how late I would be and said , " No worries , I'll wait for you " Upon my arrival I purchased the items and more that I had gone for. The store smells amazing , the staff was friendly, professional and went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service . They even gave my dog a biscuit and loves . I will be a customer for life . Super cute products too!

I just left this store today. Wednesday Dec 8th 2021 around 4pm. I must say, it was a very unpleasant situation. The person manning the store isn't friendly and she followed me around the store the ENTIRE time I was shopping. Why? Oh why?!' I don't look like a bum and quite frankly I could have spent hundreds there. Don't follow people around. The wooden floor echoed every step you make and it is inviting! I won't shop here again. Also this same person last time I was in the store wasn't friendly that time either!

I have been going to this little cute store for years . I've seen the owners change as well . The store has such cute stuff ! I've bought many things here . I would recommend all the cute gifts ! Where they went wrong was holding onto an employee from the past owner ! She is so rude , harsh and down right mean . Her customer service is a zero ! Why oh why would they keep her ! She is such a downer to the business that after my last experience with her I will never return . To say I have bought a lot in this cute store is an understatement . It's sad that this women has made such a sad impact on their business .

We were visiting from Phoenix Az and stopped in this quaint home store full of " goodies". We were pleasantly surprised as the amount of small items in the store were for our home. The staff Kate was professional, courteous, patient, and assisted us in purchasing several items for us and friends ( candles ). Great smelling and long lasting. We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner Vanessa. She was charming as well and recommended a local eatery The Goat & Vine. Fabulous restaurant blocks away on Second street. Parking is a premium , but you need to park near group of stores as you approach Old Town Front street ( walkable). Enjoy all the friendly store owners and walking along Front Street. Highly recommend this "quaint" home store.

Interesting little store. The employee, however was not wearing a mask. I could care less if you don't want to wear a mask when you're out and about, but show consideration for the customers. California's policy requires mask wearing when interacting with the general public.

I was super excited to see the change of ownership and the new look of the store. Met the new owners early on and they were so friendly and full of inspirational conversation. They, however, kept one of the previous employees who seems to be there every time we go in. It's very uncomfortable being there when she's working. There is no music only the awkward silence and the unfriendly vibe in the air. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this. Shop owners and workers should be friendly, make some sort of eye contact and maybe smile as they "greet" and/or "thank" customers for stopping in? The lady who was in there before us walked out and gave me a look like she couldn't believe it.

This cute little store has so much to offer! It has a chic antique farmhouse feel. I was actually surprised at all the great finds! I recently bought a beautiful ceramic coffee mug with a quote from Alice In Wonderland and a fantastic leather bound notebook which also had a beautiful quote, and looked to be hand stitched. The customer service was wonderful. The woman at the cash register joined in casual conversation with the customers and made us feel welcome. She even went the extra length to gift wrap the items I bought with decorated tissue paper, twine and colorful handmade yarn puffs. The items I bought were not made in China, so I'm happy knowing I purchased quality items. I would definitely recommend a visit to this shop!

If you don't wear masks, we don't open our wallet. The staff (possibly the owners?) were not wearing masks today. Not at all. Not on their chins. Not around their necks. No masks. We always vote with our wallets. We spent no money today. And when the pandemic is behind us, we'll remember how they behaved during the pandemic. Vintage Begonia is no longer one of our regular Temecula stops, If state and county health regulations are important to you, consider.shopping elsewhere. If you are currently wearing a MAGA hat, this place is probably for you.

We went in to buy some paint and gifts and were surprised that there were four people in the store including the proprietor. No one wearing masks inside and all talking loudly. We stood at the door and the proprietor said: “can I help you?”I said no one was wearing masks in the store and she agreed. She said no one‘s wearing masks then she said “sorry..”So we said goodbye and left the store. To return nevermore.I guess she was sorry for not being concerned about our welfare.
