“This is my second time purchasing an item from the store. When I tell you that the customer service is second to none, I mean it. I am so pleased with not only the product, of course, but the customer service folks are phenomenal. All of the representatives there are amazing. I work with Deborah this last time, and Connie is the reason why I came back. Their attention to detail is divine and I love that my gift can be completely custom. They wrap my gift to the T, and gave me a birthday card to support my gift. While I was there I had plenty of cold water and fresh cookies. Well worth the $350 spent!!”
“I stopped into Pandora to pick out a birthday gift for a friend and totally forgot there was one in the mall. When I walked in, there were a few people ahead of me, but I was greeted right away and told someone would be with me soon, which I really appreciate. I love walking into a store where I’m about to spend money and actually being acknowledged.
Once Natalia was available, she helped me out and was super friendly, polite, and knew her stuff. I only came in for one thing but ended up finding something for myself while I waited (of course ?). She also looked up my customer account and explained how it works, which was nice since I didn’t even remember having one.

“I’ve been shopping at Ben Bridge since 2002. Customer service is by far the big reason, they always polish our rings and never pressure us. Jewelry design always seems to be a level above other stores.”
