I just called this place to see if they could replace/repair the charging port on my phone. Normally a business would be excited about a new customer. Not the guy that answered the phone. He answered all of my questiins then referred me to seek assistance at other phone repair companies in the area. It just do3snt make any sense to me. If your phone needs repair or part replacement dont take it here. They turn away business.

Your business is FIRST CLASS.I called last week with a Galaxy S10 charging problem. I stopped by and described the problem. The technician took my phone and I sat down and started to do some work. Less than 10min later he comes back, hands me my phone and says "Fixed" I offered to pay and he refused. This type of 1st class customer service is missing in 2022.THANK YOU, I will return!

So I had my phone repaired here a few months back. I had square trade insurance (first mistake) through target and not through Verizon. My screen cracked so square trade had me pick from varies locations. I picked this one because it had good reviews. Well after I got my phone “repaired” it was glitching and opening and closing apps on its own. I also noticed that it was missing a screw and that the screen was not properly placed on. So a few days later I took it back and they said “well it’s not going to be as good as apple. It’s not Apple certified”. They placed a new screw and supposedly fixed the glitch but here it is a few months later and I can barely use my phone. The swipe up feature no longer works, it still opens and closes apps on its own and I can tell the screen still is not placed in properly. After paying for insurance monthly and then having to pay over 100 out of pocket to fix the phone it is definitely not worth it!! I called Verizon and all I am able to do is get a new phone as I tried calling this company and they said there is nothing they can do. Completely unhappy!

My iPhone was damaged following the screen replacement by the store, I noticed air bubbles on the screen, lost touch screen and speaker functions took the iPhone back to store they replaced the screen for the second time, iPhone was getting very hot during use or charging so notified the store manager she blamed all problems to the electrical issue that were not existed prior to the screen replacement , therefore had to discard my iPhone due to the safety and store refused to fix and declined to refund the charge, do not trust that store,
