My husband and I had a very good experience here! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.They are VERY thorough and make you feel comfortable during the whole process. If you're thinking of getting a firearm for the first time, I highly recommend this place. Even if it's not your first time, they are the best in the business.

I came in looking for advice in selling a gun I inherited as well as for an appraisal. Knowing nothing about firearms, the gentleman working was very patient in explaining how the processes work. While I didn’t end up selling here, I appreciated the transparency and honesty of the store. Would recommend!

This place is really great, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me along with a handgun purchase, gave good info on optics, and even mounted and zeroed the sight for me. I did research before coming in, but I’m certain even complete beginners will find this store super helpful and friendly.

Unlike most gun shops that treat you like you don’t know a thing or act standoffish when you ask questions, West Coast Firearms makes sure you’re taken care of and respected. This was by far the best encounter i’ve had at a gun store. Will is so knowledgeable and kind, do yourself a favor and see for yourself! I came in with my mom and he was beyond understanding of our wants and needs. 10/10, highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this store. I love that employees don’t pressure customers into buying something that might not work for the customer in real world situations. The knowledge that they have far superior than most gun stores if not all in the Temecula area. This is my go to shop from purchasing firearms to ammunition, they have it all. And they tend to carry firearms that most of the are firearms stores don’t. If you’re looking to purchase a firearm, ammunition, or to learn more about handling firearms, look no further.

Came in and spoke to Will who is knowledgeable, patient, and gives great customer service! These guys are very approachable and don’t make you feel like an idiot asking questions. Purchased my AR after doing lots of research, and also purchased my first Glock. Feel MUCH better having a personal insurance policy with all the craziness happening in the world. Come in and see these guys, prices are also very reasonable compared to Turners.

Kevin and the crew at WCFA did a fantastic job with communication and shipping. I opted for next day air shipping (instead of 2 day) AFTER the package was picked up by the carrier and Kevin went out of his way to find the driver and update the shipping. It’s not every day you get service like that!!
