First time going to get my prescription. They said it would take 10 minutes to fill when I called before hand in the morning. Came in at 11:36 showed my drivers license and they said it would take 10 minutes. 25 minutes pass and I went back up because they hadn't called me yet and they said "oh it looks like it didn't go through they haven't even started let me make sure it goes though it will be about 10 min. I ended up waiting a full hour.

Their ice cream freezer has been broken for months and everytime I ask if it getting repaired. I get a very rude I don't know .

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I will say from being a cancer survivor and going through the whole process of having to take all sorts of different medication's until I got better I was underwhelmed to say the least with the customer service inside of the pharmacy. They made me feel like I was a drug seeker after two major back surgeries back to back within a three day span. I went to Scripps and San Diego. They were amazing and the nurses were so upset and appalled that they actually had to call and argue with the pharmacist to get them to process my prescriptions.Like I said, I don't leave negative reviews I try my best to keep my opinion to myself if I think it's a one off. But this happened multiple times. The male pharmacist is Like a robot. He is hard to deal with. And to be honest, the female pharmacist I feel like is either burnt out or just hates prescribing any type of painkiller to people because she treats you like I said like you're doing something wrong. After I explained the whole situation with my Vance surgery and my hospital calling, she tried to "fake" her tone/conversation with me, but I could tell she doesn't really care. It's disappointing because it's right down the road and going forward if we ever do need more prescriptions we will be switching to a new pharmacy.I want to make a note that everyone else that works there in the front of the pharmacy for regular purchases have been very kind and great

Pharmacy- I feel so fortunate to have the staff at this location taking care of my family's pharmaceutical needs over the last decade. The pharmacists and staff do everything they can to make sure you get your medication that you need in a timely manner, and affordable as possible. I've heard horror stories of many other pharmacies, so I can't say how thankful I am to have this group of people in our corner!

The worst pharmacy! Not the 1st time they messed up but now kinda over it. Pharmacist not available for a consult for meds I've had and refilled numerous times. Tech was rude. I will be switching my scripts to another option.

Best pharmacy staff ever. They go above and beyond to get things done for my family. I have two sons who struggle with autism and we have had certain medication issues with insurance companies for years. This staff works hard to make sure things get done.

I was in the mood for some ice cream & I decided to stop here & let me tell you this was the best decision ever made. Because of Eric, I will be coming back to this specific rite aid for my ice cream. His customer service is literally a 100000/10 he goes above and beyond and has a great humor! I will be making the drive from Corona to Temecula more often now.

beyond annoyed with this pharmacy. i've been coming to this location since february and only had minor issues like dealing with their rude attitudes and unprofessional approach to their customers. on the 5th of this month i called to check n see if my refill for my adhd meds were ready for pick up. i was told that i never had a refill request sent in (even though my doctor had a confirmed it was sent on the 4th). then on the 6th, they said it would be ready on the 7th. that day, on the 7th they said somebody already picked it up but once i explained to them what i've been told for the past two days, they said it was their mistake and said it would be ready on the 8th. on the 8th i called and said they didn't have an refill requests in from me and said to check with my doctor. after getting ANOTHER confirmation from my doctor saying the request was sent on the 4th. i didnt bother calling the 9th or 10th since i knew what they were going to say. just got off the phone with them today on the 11th and they said they didn't have anything for me and that was the breaking point for me. i told the pharmacist that i've been hearing different stories from them regarding my medication since the 5th and it's beyond frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional team of pharmacists. after i said that, he told me he'd have my meds ready by 12:30 today. i'm glad to hear that i'm FINALLY going to have my meds, just annoyed with how these people don't take their jobs seriously. each person that i've spoken to since the 5th has had a different story, each having a bad attitude, and all of them neglecting the seriousness of my mental health. can't imagine how many other people they've done this to.

Christina the pharmacist is the best and Bryanna is amazing as well. Bryanna is always able to help me right away. They don't give me the run around or treat me badly. I have been to many pharmacies and it's a nightmare. I have a crippling disease and a lot of the pharmacies give me a hard time filling the medications I need. Christina from day one went above and beyond to learn my story. She obtained every piece of information needed to pain my story. When I was treated badly by the pharmacy manager she made sure she took care of me. I feel like the biggest pain , but knowing she has my back means the world. I didn't ask to be sick or in pain. everyday. I don't need the additional stress of someone not wanting to help me. Christina you are seriously a guardian angel. I am forever grateful.

My family has been using this pharmacy for years, and have gotten to know a lot of the pharmacy staff. Christine the pharmacist is great and always answers all our questions (and we usually have a lot of questions). The drive thru is also super convenient. This is definitely our go to pharmacy! Thanks Christine and team!

I also want to add that Christine is the BEST pharmacist I have ever had! I have to go to the pharmacy often and she is by far the most friendly and caring pharmacist I have ever had! Even if I have to drive farther to see her now I will do so!
