“I bought a dryer the first time. Then went back and bought the matching washer. The prices are great for brand new items and the service is amazing. They delivered both items, installed them and even hauled my old items! We needed a special part to install the washer and they had it in the truck and there’s it in for us! This is the only place I will purchase appliances from now on. I will be going back to get my new refrigerator and stove when I do my kitchen remodel. They have a dedicated customer here. ??”

“I ordered the wrong cable for my generator on Amazon in 2021. We found out we were going to experience a scheduled power outage overnight on 04/14/23. While we were setting up the generator to use for the first time, we noticed I had purchased the wrong cable. I figured that I would be out of luck because of the amount of time that had passed. I called Paul and explained the situation he said I was close by his shop and he would bring me the correct cable. What a genuine and caring person Paul is, we are truly grateful for his tremendous customer service.”

“Let me tell you I was skeptical about the OfferUp ad at first thought they’d tell me later it be more so I asked a few questions and I was going to finance which was still a good deal. I talked to Brian which was a pleasure to do business with since the very beginning, I striked a huge deal on this set and including 35mile delivery to me, I went in person and lemme tell you it was worth the drive! You’ll be amazed at their selection and willingness to negotiate. They also haul and install for a small fee! I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about appliances or if I ever need anymore stuff! Can’t wait til their El Monte location gets more stuff in! Come here don’t think about it!”
“Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.”
