This store is fantastic. Stephen was very patient, and helpful through the entire interaction. Took care of all my account needs and there was some difficulty with erasing the old phone but he was able to resolve it and provided excellent customer service. I’m very grateful that I had him as my representative.

The employees were not professional at all. They caused me a lot of trouble due to their own work mistakes. They opened an account for me without understanding my needs, which resulted in me being charged without using any services. Secondly I went to the store the first time to check the situation, but was told by an Asian male clerk that it was a scam email. It was not until I went to the store for the third time that I was sure that I had received the bill. I was charged without using any services. I paid $161 and wasted nearly 4 hours of my time processing it.

Very bad experience, no one paid attention at the door, a girl at the front desk talked to her, she said she was busy, and then I waited by the side, there were new customers and other people directly help other people, bad attitude

The service was quick but ineffective. I needed to transfer a line to an independent account. They not only could not do this in the branch, but they also did not know the operating hours of their corporate office, so we spent 15 minutes trying to call just to find out they were closed.

I had my phone stolen so I went to this store to get a new one. They said I didn’t have insurance on my stolen phone so I had to continue paying for the stolen phone and get a new phone. I had to downgrade also. I then went home, checked my AT&T app and I DID have insurance. So I put my insurance claim in and got a new phone shipped to me. I went to AT&T on 3 different occasions to return my old phone and get a refund since they are the ones who made the mistake. And they haven’t. They need a manager and they are never in apparently. And they changed me for the new phone, to get my old phone number back and they will to return it. they messed up and won’t give me my money back or help me. I have only 2 weeks to turn the phone in and they are pushing it to the two week mark.
