Very well thought out shopping center with underground parking that has 8'+ clearance that accommodates most SUV's & 4x4's... There are plenty of great places to shop & eat there... I'd definitely recommend the lil bar & grill on the corner "Dive" the food is very good with a great & friendly staff that really sets the atmosphere there...

Lots of new and fancy Asian style restaurants with reasonable price. We will come back again!

Humble neighborhood, with not so humble prices. Parking often crowded for over rated restaurants.

Good plaza to go to, but the parking is always crowded and packed over there.

Lots of underground parking. I like that there is a marked blue pedestrian road that leads to the stairs/elevator

This parking lot is awful, save yourself some trouble and park in the neighborhoods.

Home of the ICONIC floating tea pot fountain landmark. Definitely an eye catcher if you haven't seen it before, especially driving through the intersection. Other than that, if you go at the wrong time (weekends, evenings around dinner, holidays, etc.), this place is hell on earth for parking. It is so absolutely fisted, so get ready to go very early, pray for luck, or go circling around the lot/stalking those who seem like they're going to go back to their car AND drive away (don't get baited by those who are simply putting something away). The other option is parking in the plaza across the street and walking over if you don't want to deal with it at all. I honestly think putting a gym here was one of the biggest L decisions they could have possibly had, only since that takes up so many more parking spaces (yeah, someone MIGHT carpool to go to the gym with friends or their partner, but generally they're on their own so....more parking is gone). Other than that, I think the businesses that are worth a visit here are definitely Mikiya and The Dive. I heard Summer Rolls and Bistro Na's is good, but I haven't been, so can't say. Other than that, businesses like Meet Fresh, Sunmerry, Tea Station, etc. can be found anywhere else so I'd opt to go there instead, unless I was already here eating somewhere else (but even then, I would rather try something more unique!). Devil & Angel Desserts is kinda mid to me unfortunately and there are multiple Shibuyala out there too, so it is a stop my friends and I go to whenever we're waiting for our reservations.
