The service attitude was very poor, shirking responsibility and rushing to leave work without intending to solve the customer's problem. They kept telling us to call the phone number on the back of our bank card to resolve the issue ourselves. They clearly could see the records on their computer, but they were just rushing to leave work and too lazy to resolve it. I went to another bank and got it resolved right away. Very poor customer service.

I notice a trend of Chinese workers approaching Asian clients before me to provide assistance. I believe this is due to the workers lack of confidence in their English skills. As a result long time residents who speak English are not getting the same customer service.

The workers heavily tilt toward Chinese and provide service first to Chinese while others are relegated to waiting. I believe it's because the workers do not feel comfortable with English. Please hire more workers who are comfortable with English.

Service inside is decent but I'm usually at the ATM so I'll be focusing on that because past 4pm thats all the service we get. My issue is mostly with the ATMs routinely unable to deposit and/or withdraw. So far it's usually just 1 of the 2 ATMs that has this problem. I'd be upset if both ATMs are out of service. The drive-thru doesn't seem to be open ?♂️There was this elderly man that struggled to make his card work. I had to help him. Inserting the card gave out a warning saying the card doesn't work but when I had him tap it instead, it goes through. Something is really wrong with these ATMs. It might have to do with the fact that this bank is at the central hub between San Gabriel and Rosemead, and it's literally in the middle of 10 stores in a plaza, so these ATMs get used a lot. They really should add 1 or 2 more ATMs there because of the trafficThe Chase down at Del Mar/Las Tunas has 3 ATMs and I never see them out of service. My favorite Chase is over at Lower Azusa/Santa Anita because they have indoor ATMs that requires our bank card to open the door. It's cozy and safe inside.

This has to be the absolute WORST Chase location that I've ever visited. Last night's visit to the ATM seriously pushed me over the edge, and this wasn't the first time BOTH of them failed to work. I wanted to deposit cash, and everything worked fine until the very last minute after the ATMs counted the bills. Yes, I tried both of them: the one in the drive-thru and the other around the building. None of them were able to deposit my money!!! Do you realize how enraging this was? From now on, I'm always going to carry a hammer in my car because if this ever happens again, I'm going to smash both of those ATMs. This is a promise.

Do not go this branch unless you don’t mind to get miserable service.I like Chase bank so I’ve been doing business with Chase more than 20 years. However this branch is unbelievable. I felt terrible feeling several times after I used this branch.People at this location not willing to help customers. ( except one hispanic young lady. She always smiles at customers and makes feel comfortable )Please go other chase branch.

They have one ATM and 2 drive thru ATM available. In a very good neighborhood and clean.

I've been to a couple Chase branches now and this one made me feel the most unwelcome. I had an appointment but went to the wrong branch, so I called to ask to the rep I had the appointment with and the girl on the phone told me the rep was busy, so I asked if she could relay a message that I was going to be a little late but she cut me off, didn't want to hear me out and just got my name then told me the rep would call me back later. 10 mins later I got to the bank; the moment I got to the main entrance, their security was off on the side chatting on the phone. A banker came to get me about 15 mins after putting my name on the check-in list. The banker got the job done but that was it. While helping me, she mentioned a couple account upgrades but I wasn't interested. Don't know if it was because of that but somehow I felt like she was a bit standoffish. I noticed she has a plaque that says 'National Achiever' on her desk. If that's the kind of attitude a nation achiever got, I don't even want to deal with a regular banker. I had planned to open a business card prior to coming but I didn't want to spend another minute there so I just signed the paperwork and got it over with. The funny part was when I left, she just said there and said bye like that. I don't know if I was expecting too much but the previous times I was at other branches, the banker actually walked me out of their offices and said bye with at least a smile on their faces. Oh well, my fault for picking this branch instead of the usual one that I normally go to. No next time.

Charlene was the nicest person to me since I've been coming to this location. The other few people who "tried" to help were rude & disrespectful. She kindly understood my frustration & handled the situation ! She is a boss queen. She was the ONLY worker to make me feel welcomed. I've never been so unimpressed by the lack of energy. The girl before Charlene rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat the total amount before it showed on the screen. I had count my money the night before & I just wanted to make sure that was what was read. If you don't like what you do for a living don't project your emotions on other people especially costumers. I'm here putting money into my account and it's just as important as theirs.

Fast and convenient bank. The bankers were very nice and polite. There's also plenty of parking.
