A friend told me about German Piano City and I'm glad they did. The people there acted nice and professionally. The tuner did an amazing job when he came over, he even helped me loosen the tension so I could play it better. If you are looking to buy your first piano or if you need a tuner, I would recommend German Piano City, 5/5 stars.

Mr. Edison Huang is professional, patient and genuine. We bought a Yamaha for our kid who will start piano lessons. Edison explained the differences among various models to us and sold us a brilliant model at a reasonable price. Edison has an impressive background and spent hours to tune our piano to perfection. This was the first piano I've ever gotten and I'm really happy with it. The service was great and the outcome was even greater. I'm amazed at how clear and precise it sounded. The service was also very efficient and did not take much time at all, I highly recommend this.

We recently bought our piano from them and their professionalism is just unbelievable!We gave them our budget and they were able to find us a Kawai piano that fit our need. And Edison is just fantastic and works the Magic to tune the piano sound like the more like a U2/U3.I would recommend Edison as the piano tuner for anyone who wants to elevate their piano to next level. And anyone who is looking to purchase a piano to go to German City!Just love their service and professionalism!!

We first met Edison Huang when we were looking for someone to tune our Yamaha piano 5 years ago. Our piano teacher recommended him. We have had him service our piano since then. He is very professional and detail oriented. We were always happy with the results.Recently we purchased a used Steinway from Edison's store. He helped to polish and fine tune the piano to its original grandeur.We would highly recommend Edison and his store to anyone who is interested in getting a good piano and piano services.

My son just started taking piano lessons and I needed to purchase an upright piano quickly. I knew nothing about them and soon I found out how expensive they are. A little research online and seems like there's consensus that Yamaha is the brand to purchase, and an average one is over twelve grand when new. Ouch. I drive by this place almost daily and it didn't seem like the right place for me since I was locked in on Yamaha and it's a Japanese brand. This place obviously sells German Pianos. So I had no plans to shop here until a friend recommended this place as they bought their Yamaha piano here as well. Turns out they do carry a nice selection of used Yamaha pianos. They were very knowledgeable about them as well and patiently went through each model and explained the differences. And the used pianos practically looked brand new. The owner of the shop is a master piano tuner judging by the posted accolades and my purchase included a free tune performed by the owner himself! He was courteous and punctual in performing the tune at my house. He was quite thorough and took his time to make sure every key sounds just right. I'm super happy with our decision to check this place out and we'll be customers for life!

One of the best piano tuning I have ever seen, maybe even the best in the world . My piano hasn't been tuned for 4 years , Edison is able to tune my piano in such perfect tune within no time , even after 4 years without tuning he managed to finish tune my piano in 2 hours. I was so much surprised after the tune , the sound is rich and polished, it shows the full potential of my piano and above, it's almost like I'm playing a different piano that costs way more than what my piano is capable of. I have him as my piano tuner for 8 years , he never disappoints me , shows the highest professionalism and service! I highly recommend it !!!!
