They literally worked all day long, without me having to pay any attention at all. I was moving from one apartment to another with the exact same layout and I asked them basically recreate my apartment by putting furniture and key items in the same place.I didn't give any direction at the new place, and when I walked in hours later, I was stunned at how well and perfectly they'd made the living room, the bedroom, set up my office space and kitchen area. like they disassembled my bed and put it back together at the new place. I thought it would have to be moved as is, but they took it apart in about 15 minutes I barely even noticed. Apparently, this is standard, which was a great surprise.
I also really liked Monica on the phone. She explained everything clearly, including the arrival time and how many movers would be best for my move.”

We were very stressed as we planned it, having not moved for 20 years, but these guys swooped in and made it all just go perfectly and very fast. Hire these guys, they are pros and really friendly. “U-Pack’s ReloCube worked well overall for our move from Los Angeles to Raleigh. The cube was sturdy, felt safer/better built than a U-Haul container, and we had no moisture issues in transit. Capacity was impressive for a 1 bed/1 bath worth of furniture (we fit a sleeper sofa, queen bed, desk/chair, multiple shelving units, patio set, plus boxes), but because we packed it to the max we could only use minimal strapping and a few items still got banged up. Use plenty of moving blankets and secure everything aggressively.
The biggest downside was logistics: U-Pack couldn’t pick up in our neighborhood due to local restrictions, so we had to hire movers to haul everything to their Pico Rivera service center, which added over $800. On delivery, they gave a 24-hour window but arrived early, and pickup was scheduled two days later (no same-day pickups), so plan for permits if your area/state requires one to leave the cube on the street overnight.
Price for one cube was $1,998 + tax, and you can reserve a spare cube for $2,997 without committing to use it. One small service miss: when we arrived at Terminal 150, no one was waiting at reception even though we called ahead to confirm our cube, but we were able to get it sorted. Overall, I’d still use them again.”
