Love this place as soon as you sign in and sit down they call you backthe staff always greets you as you walk in by name! Dr. Chen is great with my brother who is mentally handicapped.You are in and out with all you came for .I almost forgot REFERRALS THEY ARE SO QUICK I GOT HIS 2 DAYS LATER !!!! FEELS LIKE X-MAS LOL

I’ve been coming here for years .. receptionists and nurses have always been very friendly ... I m very happy with my Dr. Nichole Cheung she listens to my needs and is always positive... I really want to give a shout out to a very special lady Liz Powell patient Liaison... through the years she has gone above and beyond helping me navigate my health care needs I can ask her any question and if she doesn’t have the answer she will research and call me back right away .I’ve been a patient for many years and Liz Powell is definitely a reason to stay thank you

If I could give negitive stars I would! Dr. WeiWei, refused to prescribe me medication for COVID and treated me like a child, besides the fact that you can not understand a word she is saying, she she should have her medical license taken away!

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Front desk is always very nice and welcoming. The nurses always help me stay calm if I’m worried about anything and I really trust my doctor. I really appreciate this team!

This health office is terrible. Phone management needs big improvement, average waiting time is about 25 minutes. It needs a big bulldozer to get rid of the whole telephone service department and start new. They said they were aware of the problem but nothing was done. I called to cancel my appt several times but had to hang up. Today, I tried to make an appointment but was on hold for 20 minutes. I was furious if they were that busy, so decided to drive to that office while my phone was still on hold. Half way to that office, someone finally answered the call. I live in Pasadena, and that office is about 20 minutes from my house. I told them to improve their phone management or I will write my complaint to Optum Corp. office. Let's wait 30 days and see if there is any improvement . I will give this office half star rating.

I went to Optum, Temple City for the first time today and couldn't have been happier with Dr.Cheung and the staff! The office was very professional and streamlined organized. I left the office feeling informed and Hopeful with my new Doctor. We all know how hard it is to find a good Doctor. Dr.Cheung was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier with finding a new Doctor.

So many good things about this office. To start, Anthony at the front desk!! He must be one of the most patient and kind receptionists on the planet. The way he treats patients, especially elderly ones, is commendable. Also, Dr. Nicole Cheung is AMAZING!!! She listens, really listens. She treats all age groups with respect. Convenient location with good parking lot.

The receptionists are fine. Hard workers but after my GP moved up the ladder to management I didn't ever see the same doctor. Nurse practitioner or some fill in doctor. So impersonal.

As a long term member of this group I have seen it go downhill in quaility over a long period of time .I have seen 2 diffrent doctors at this office both of them have told me what to do and any feedback fell on deaf ears doctors need to listen to the patients not just what they want done this is happening at other offices in health care partners I perfer to go to urgent care to recieve treatment than deal with the offices
