This Ralph's is terrible. For months I've been receiving spoiled meat here, almost weekly. It doesn't matter if I put in an order pick up or shop myself for the meat, it constantly reeks before the sell by date on the package. I also noticed when shopping the store there are products with past expiration dates, already expired everywhere. You have to be very careful shopping here. This past week I received expired meat, despite the label saying it was good. I even tried exchanging it for new meat. The new meat was so tough, it was unusable, even after pressure cooking it for triple the amount of time normally. Our experience pushed over the edge last week when trying to purchase deli meat, with a baby in my arms and my 2 kids. The deli is advertised as closing at 7, but was closed before 6:50. I stood waiting for at least 8 mins for someone to come, finally the deli lady came but she wouldn't make eye contact and just grabbed things she was cleaning and turned off the lights on us. I asked the sushi man who was still preparing food to please help us get her attention from the back and let her know we had been waiting. At this point a line for the deli formed behind us. He did and she had him tell us they were closed. I was confused and even commented "closed at 6:58? It's not 7 yet and we've been waiting for sometime now". She didn't care. The others waiting were also told no. Moral of the story, we will not be back to Ralph's.

This store is a great place. This is my regular market. I go once a week. The employees are the best. They are so nice me and welcoming.

This Ralphs is a mixed experience. The selection and stocking are good. Parking is adequate. The people who work here are generally nice. However, some of the customers are down right crazy and dangerous. We have had multiple experiences here which could have been very serious had we not deescalated things or ignored people and walked away even though we were minding our own business and not causing any trouble. Despite the fact that this store sometimes has good deals on things we want and has certain items other chains do not have, we try to avoid coming here as much as possible due to the low quality of some customers who shop here.

I really enjoy coming to this Ralph's location. There's always plenty of parking. They have self-check out at both ends of the store and cashiers in the middle. They're always fully stocked. I don't think I've ever had to ask if they had a certain product. They have it all. I specifically like getting my veggies and fruits from here. They're always fresh. I don't know what it is, but their apples are sweet and juicy. I also like getting food from their deli. Every time I walk in from that side, I get hungry because it smells so good. Prices are decent, and they usually have things on sale pretty often. They also offer small discounts on certain items for their card members. It's easy to sign up! Oh, one more thing. They offer drive up, but I've never actually tried it. If I do, I'll make sure to update my review and share my experience on that!

This Ralph's is not my favorite location, I've been here a few times and it's convenient since there is also a small recycling center in the parking lot on the side of the store however the store itself is not welcoming , it almost looks a bit dirty to me and I've never been greeted by anyone

This was my weekly grocery shopping store as I like Ralphs carries many fruit/produce selections but have not visited often for months because the store opens very few cashier lines so need to wait long if not using self checkout. Stopped by the store today but was disappointed. I did self checkout and noticed the sale item, pork ribs price was scanned incorrectly. The young lady helping the self checkout line told the manager that the other customers had the same issue for the rib sale so obviously they knew about it but didn't fix the price in the system. Also found out the price for white onion was overcharged as well. After all prices were fixed, the credit card payment can not be processed. The young lady had to asked other staffs including the manager tried about 10 times finally went through. She kept apologizing for the situation but I can't blame her for things that should have been taken care of by her manager or higher level. May not come back to this store soon.

I went in to order pull apart cupcakes and I provided the bakery with a specific design I wanted for Halloween. The person who was helping me told me that someone will call me back. Few days past and I didn't receive a call back. So I walked in again and this time I was able to talk tot he manager Jason. I showed him what I wanted and when I needed it. He said oh that's easy. I can make that for you. A day before the pick up date, a lady calls me and tells me that he wasn't going to be in and she doesn't have any experience with making a pull part cupcake but she will try. I asked for something simple then and I ended up with regular cupcakes with eyes and a mouth out on the cupcake. I wished I took a pic. It wasn't a pull apart cupcake. I don't blame the lady for trying to help. She was honest with me. Don't Commit to making something if you can't make it. Or call me yourself and tell me you can't make it. Instead he handled it to the lady to do the dirty work. I doubt that I am ever going to step into this Ralph's anymore. This was very disappointing. I am not happy with my cupcakes. To top it off, I ordered chocolate and red velvet. I ended up with vanilla.

Very unhelpful. Felt like I got ripped off as a result. I clipped a digital coupon, and the sale price didn't ring up. Asked for help, and the helper said I need to download the App. But that was not true. I've done it a dozen times before. But I tried anyway to humor the guy. I couldn't get my member code on the app working, so I gave up and asked the helper for a refund instead. He said his station's scanner wasn't working and to go somewhere else, than I was told to go somewhere else to process the refund. By the time I needed to leave to pick up my wife. So I ended up eating the loss.

Employees are very nice. Recently remodeled. Opened 6a to 1p everyday. I've never had their ready made food.

love the new flooring they did, look so nice and clean. i mentioned that to the lady working at the front and she also wanted me to notice that they repainted some of the walls in new vibrant colors, too lol. this place is conveniently located near my office, i like the cheese selection at the front. i like the fact that it opens late too, sometimes i can go grab some snacks at midnight, or even groceries, but some of the produce at the fruit section will have tons of tiny flies flying around at that time, especially on the onions. they also carries next milk, which is by far the best milk substitute i have tried so far. good faux meat selection for my plant based diets, at the frozen food section. self check outs are quite smart, never run in any problems that frustrates me too much. staffs are mostly nice and helpful, except the lady in the grey hair. she is kinda scary.

If I had another 7 hours to waste on my experience today, I'd write a furious, frustrating, hilarious and ridiculous book called " shopping at ralphs for dummies". Yet the dummies (not us) would be to give the employees a better customer service course. The most rude insane experience that I'm still in disbelief about.I will say the only 1 person that had the utmost professionalism which will not be named for excellent reasons.To be fair. This is the 1st out of 2 orders that was outrageous and this experience has completely changed my views of Ralph's TEMPLE CITY to the point that it was so horrendous that doesn't forgive the insulting, rude and will NEVER shop here again.Please be aware of how you're treated. Lives have changed these past few years for everyone, they need to keep the thought that everyone is going thru something and the the Golden rule that most people in any customer service employ is to be kind. Just treat everyone the way you would want to be treated.It doesn't end here. This will be going up to corporate so that they make sure to weed out the ones that should not be in customer service.Hope your experience is 1001% better than mine.

They remodeled and it looks great, but the customer service has dropped terribly. They put in almost all self checkout. They have one register open and a long line to check out with a cashier. I've switched my business to Stater brothers in Altadena. It's worth the drive for a basic level of customer service. I used to love this store. I'm so sad you guys don't want to take care of your customers. The staff is great by the way, it's not a reflection of the people working there. It's whoever decided to remove the registers.

I have to give this store 1 star? It deserves NOTHING. The fried chicken wings have feathers on them. Fried feathers. I told the female manager and she laughed. OK. Laugh then.
